Oceanfront Studio Condo with Stunning Views – Please Read Amenity Update

Wake up to breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from this beautiful oceanfront studio condo, located on the 11th floor of the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center. This privately owned unit offers the perfect coastal getaway, ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families.

The Space
Relax in comfort with two queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a private balcony offering sweeping views of the ocean—perfect for your morning coffee or evening unwind. The condo is tastefully furnished and designed with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Enjoy a direct oceanfront view from your private balcony—watch the sunrise, listen to the waves, and take in the beauty of Daytona Beach right from your room.

Important Update – Resort Amenities
Due to damage caused by Hurricanes Ian and Nicole, the resort's amenity areas—including all pools, hot tubs, gym, sauna, and tiki bar—are currently closed for repairs.
We do not have an estimated reopening date at this time.
Beach access remains open and is available via a short walk around the building.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding the amenity closures prior to booking.

Parking Information
• Update (as of 2/1/2025): Parking is now located across the street at Bellair Plaza.
• The resort allows one car per condo if parking space is available.
• A parking pass is provided inside the condo and must be returned upon checkout.
• If you are traveling with additional vehicles, public parking is available approximately 1.5 miles south of the resort.

Please refer to photos and captions for details on the condo layout and views. While the resort amenities are currently unavailable, this condo offers the perfect home base for beach lovers and those looking to explore everything Daytona Beach has to offer.

The view is outstanding! Basically an elevator ride to the beach. Nice and clean. The host was very quick to answer any questions I had.

Location and Value for your visit

Upon booking, the host opened communication if anything was needed. I did have a request upon checking in, and the host was able and gracious to accommodate me. The condo is exactly as pictured. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Great pillows; full and fluffy. I noticed beach chairs in the closet. The location worked well for us. As it is located on A1A, you’re surrounded by shops and restaurants. Supermarket is across the street. Approximately 12-15 minute drive to Daytona Speedway. We would definitely stay here again.
