Beautifully Remodeled Home, with plenty of room for large groups. The home was carefully crafted to instill modern comforts and upgrades, while maintaining the beautiful charm of the home.

Right next to a PARK with a beautiful Lake, Mountain Views, a Playground, a Walking Trail, and beautiful Colorado sunsets. Plus, we're right in the city.

The home is minutes to restaurants, shopping, groceries, movie theater, and gas. A great base location for all the regional attractions.

Very nice property. Nice layout. All the rooms had very comfortable beds. The host is very friendly and quickly responds to any questions or issues. I really enjoyed the deck and loved the backyard. The neighborhood is very nice. There is a lake across the street where you can walk and exercise. Would definitely recommend this place.

Thank you so much. We had a great time. Very relaxing. If we needed anything, we easily text and was able to get what we needed within 24 hours if not sooner. The lake so close was fantastic. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. I would definitely stay here again.

Accessible to the greater Denver area!

We (4 adults) stayed here for a few days in November. The property was clean and the photography represented it well. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The real highlight for us was that it was just a short drive to the major parks and downtown attractions.

Short vacation

We traveled to Denver for a short vacation with our teenage kids. This house was perfect. Plenty of space and very clean. Locatuon was also wonderful, right across from lake with walking trail. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for a family

Great place, clean, comfortable, nice neighborhood, and quiet. Having two beds and a bath downstairs was great - the family with two small children were down there and nobody heard them! The crib was helpful. The kids enjoyed the park across the street.

College friend reunion

We were very impressed by the excellent communication of our hosts and the cleanliness of the property. We had 8 ladies in total and the 3 bathrooms were perfect for all of us to get ready each day. If we are in the area again, we’d definitely book with these hosts

Perfect weekend

Our group had a host that cancelled our previous rental last minute. Fortunately we found this location last minute which turned out to be even better than our original booking. Communication with the host was a breeze, the house was perfect for our needs and exactly what you would look for in a place for a group of friends to gather. I recommend not only this property but the hosts for any trip to the Denver area.

Great stay! Very clean home in a safe neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our family vacation in your home! The house was very clean, had lots of room for the 5 of us, and the neighborhood felt very safe. A house had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Shopping, restaurants, gas, etc were just minutes away. The drive to Denver, Boulder, Golden, Red Rocks, etc was very easy and close. Even driving to Breckinridge and Estes Park was only around 1.5 hours! Thank you!!

Fun with friends

We were a group of women who got together for a reunion. The house was a lovely place, with lots of space to visit both indoors and out side. Our only criticism was the lack of a few amenities I am used to seeing in a VRBO, such as salt and pepper, higher quality toilet paper. There were some safety concerns The banister going upstairs is too short, needs to extend to the top of the stair. Showers needed safety bars.

House With All It Said It Had

Everything worked - yea! Refrigerator was a bit small so maybe they should have a second one in the garage or basement. Challenged us with six people there. Also no clothes hanging capability for bedroom in basement but I contributed a portable one while there. Overall a really nice redo and the lake is great to walk around when the temp is under 100 anyway. I'd stay again for sure.

A little slice of purgatory

I never knew that a house could be soulless until I stayed here. Imagine what how an AI would design and decorate a vacation home and you’ll know exactly what you’re renting. Soulless decor aside, there were dead spiders and other assorted bugs waiting in the showers upon our arrival. The host (an LLC) had a wall of rules written in various fonts that would have made a middle school chaperone ecstatic. One of the rules (and I quote) bans obnoxious behavior. Like, okay, maybe start by not using an all caps, cursive-ish font. All communication with the “host” was clearly through an underpaid employee who had no real authority. Even after Vrbo reached out to the host to request that they give us the access codes to the property (it was a short notice rebooking since our original stay got canceled the day before check-in due to meth use by the prior tenants) the host refused. Overall a nightmare experience and, while some of the blame certainly falls on Vrbo, the hosts did nothing to help the situation and, instead, made it actively more stressful. I would never book with them again.

Thanks for the stay Danaly, for future stays on Vrbo please note all hosts would need full payment to receive the access code. Demanding a code and not paying the second payment is not how Vrbo works. We didn’t appreciate you trying to pull a fast one. This entitled demand for a code and non-payment may be the reason you were cancelled by your original Vrbo, who is to say your claim is correct. Your previous stay and cancellation at a different Vrbo, is not our fault. We have received 5 star ⭐️ reviews from previous guest and guest after you. This is very telling. Danaly was looking for a more cozy grandmother feel of dated lived-in decor and to her anything more modern was AI generated. In the mist of five stars reviews and providing 5 star service we have learned you can’t please them all. We have to make lemonade out of the lemons with the most sour personalities. All the best to the next host that gets the pleasure to host Danaly.

There are so many places to explore in Denver, the beautiful Rockies, Red Rocks, Downtown Denver, Boulder, Broncos Stadium, Estes Park, Neighborhood Hot Spots, etc. The list is endless. Plus, there are so many delicious places to EAT!!!! We loved that the home allows easy access to many enjoyable places in the metro/regional area.

With over 300+ days of Colorado sunshine, having a park with a beautiful lake less across the street allows much more to enjoy than just the home. Take a stroll around the lake, have the kids run around the playground, observe the gorgeous mountain view, etc.
