Beautiful open layout that goes through the front living room, dining room, kitchen, bar/entertaining area to the garage.

- Beautiful granite fire place in the living room.
- 1 full size sofa bed at the nook

Please note: There are two cameras on the property for the guests’ safety. One in the back of the house and one in the front of the house. We do not have any camera inside the house.

Guests have access to the whole house. Will provide check in codes prior to check in.

The location was perfect for a walk to downtown and HB Pier. It was a beautiful home with anything you could possibly need for your visit. It was a bit chilly during our visit so we couldn’t utilize the outdoor facilities but during nice weather, they would be perfect. The host was super friendly and responsive during our visit. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Orange County.

Every thing you needed for the stay was stocked plus beach gear (chairs, ice chest, travel cart, etc.)Any issues that came up, the host did their best to accommodate to make sure we enjoyed our stay :)

The best feature of the house is its location. Close to the beach, pier, restaurants. The house itself is beautifully appointed and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to prepare a meal. The first night we encountered rain and strong wind causing gates and patio furniture slamming around making a lot of noise interfering our sleep. A phone call to Milan the next morning and everything was promptly taken care of. Thank you for a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home

My family enjoyed this house. This home is in a great location right near the beach and very close to main street. Would definitely stay here again. We love the farmers market Huntington beach holds every Tuesday.

Great vacation house

Was a family vacation for 6 adults. The house had a perfect location! It was four houses from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for dinner even a bbq. It was so helpful to borrow the beach chairs for the quick walk to the beach. The house was clean and spacious. Will visit again!

Location, location, location. This is a great spot and Mailan was a great host - responsive, easy to communicate with!! It was nice that the house was well-equipped with kitchen and bathroom essentials. The beach chairs were great! It would be a bonus to have a couple of bikes on site. A few house updates/improvements would make it a 5-star.

Family Reunion

This house was perfect for our needs. We have a large family and there was room to spread out. The location and views were amazing. My family who live in Huntington Beach were able walk over or drive a short distance to get to us. We got together for group dinners and enjoyed each other’s company. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Perfect location for a perfect stay

We loved our stay at this “steps away from the beach and downtown” beach house. It was clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities that we needed. It was so nice to walk down to the beach anytime we wanted in just a few minutes. Also, the communication with the host was above par. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Stop Hesitating - Book This Now!

We had such a great stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. Instructions from the host were super clear and easy to follow. Any time I had a question or needed clarification, Mailan responded right away and was so helpful. I hosted my graduation party here, and my friends and family had the best time. It was the perfect space to celebrate such a special milestone. Highly recommend!

A memorable long weekend

This property is great! We had a group of six in this house and a group of six in a nearby house but staged mostly out of this house. There was plenty of room for everyone. Great Location, easy walk downtown, close to everything. You won't be disappointed!

We had the best time. Space for everyone next to walgreens, coffee, food but away from the crazies. Host was great, responsive, and so sweet. Definitely wouls stay again!

Perfect location and beautiful views!

We stayed for an adult girls bachelorette party and had so much fun! The host was always available if we had any questions and was very attentive. we will definitely be back! Everything was walking distance and the house was beautiful.
