You'll find this bungalow quiet, cozy, quaint and exceptionally clean and comfortable with attention to quality furnishings (bedding, linens and bath). The kitchen, dining and living rooms are open and perfect for couples and families. After a day of adventure, relax outside on the deck, enjoy the yard, grill or have a cozy campfire. The Pictured Rocks Bungalow is the perfect stay when visiting the Munising area!

Everything was excellent! We’ve stayed here twice so far. Very clean and good space for a larger family. Good outdoor space with everything you need for a campfire.

This house had everything we needed and then some for a nice comfortable 4 night stay. Location is great - not in town but just a few miles out to easily get in for anything we needed. It was very clean, roomy, lots of hot water in shower. Host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Gave us lots of tips and suggestions for what to do and where to eat. Just had a great time in the area and staying here was on of the reasons why!

Staying in Munising

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin close to Lake Superior, on the east side of Munising. The cabin was very clean, well equipped and the location is very close to the Pictured Rock National Lakeshore Park, ideal for hiking outings.

Best bungalow

This property is located just on the outskirts of munising perfect for ending nights around the fire pit but close enough to all the tourist attractions. It offered a cozy feel for some rest and relaxation and a great home base after a day of mountain biking and kayaking. Highly recommend

Great stay

This was a wonderful property. Everything was clean, we had everything we needed, the house was well stocked with everything. I met the owners at the visitor center, and they were lovely. The fire pit was fantastic… Great place.

This home was located at the perfect spot!! Owners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had on the trip. Highly recommend this location. We had three teenagers with us and it was perfect. I would recommend the pullout couch next to the wall because the other couch was a bit squeaky, but that was our only issue. Thanks again John and Brenda!

Great communication with owners. Clean and inviting upon arrival. Everything was as described in the listing. Lots of good information for exploring the area was provided including books about Michigan. Good location for getting to all the sites and town. Owners obviously take pride in the property and want you to have a wonderful experience.

So close to Pictured Rocks! Property was very clean. All the amenities we wanted were there. Might want to let folks know it is on a road where traffic noise is noticeable.

Relaxing and well equipped!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! Everything was updated, comfortable amd well thought out. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and utensils. We would highly recommended it to anyone going to Munising and we would book again if we return. Best property we have stayed at.

We enjoyed our stay here. Was close to all of the local attractions. The hosts provided coffee and all esentials but shampoo. The kitchen was stocked with necessities. Only wish would be a larger frying pan and a larger pot to boil-cook with but this is because we have a family of 6.

Home away from home in Munising

Brenda and John are fabulous hosts that think of everything and made our stay in Munising wonderful! We really appreciated the coffee and breakfast items that were stocked. They even provided wood in a dry bin for a campfire. The weather wasn’t the best while we were in town, so we were very grateful for a cozy place to hang out while it rained. I will definitely stay with them again when we return to the area.

Great place, Great location

We can't say enough good things about our stay at Pictured Rocks Bungalow! The location was outstanding for enjoying Pictured Rocks and Munising.The property was immaculate and recently updated. Brenda and John went out of their way to make sure everything you might need was at the house. Beds were comfortable, including the two sleeper sofas. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting the area!

Convenience, comfort and wilderness

4 friends spending a week together to hike, talk and explore. The location was good to get to grand Marais and musining and all points in between. Pictured rocks kayaking was our highlight. We were surrounded by beautiful nature but could easily get anything we needed. We cooked most nights and found everything we needed at the bungalow. Maps, books and brochures were appreciated!!

Wonderful Week!

The property was so well stocked with everything one could think of; the hosts seemed to have gone out of their way to ensure we were not lacking. Connor's Road is a short road that connects with the two major highways that traverse the Munising area --- very convenient location. The property was so comfortable and we were lucky to have been there at the peak of fall color. The colors were stunning. Great property; great hosts; and great get-away week for us!

200% Recommend

We felt these property owners thought of everything. You can tell they take great pride in their property and it shows. Very clean. We were impressed that everything seemed to be of great quality, we felt they didnt cut corners with putting cheap things at the property. Truthfully the 3 people in our party can be very critical at times and all 3 of us felt that we couldnt find anything wrong with the stay.
