2 habitaciones, 1 baño en 300 pies de frente de lago privado. Registro de chimenea, lavandería en el lugar. Amplio salón con concepto abierto a cocina y comedor. Disfrute de la vista del lago desde el porche separado que conduce a una gran terraza con parrilla de gas.

Afuera, encuentre un pozo de fuego que incluya leña para asar s'mores, hot dogs y alegría familiar. Siga el camino hacia la leña auténtica sauna finlandesa.

We had a great stay at this location. The lake is beautiful, the house was perfect for our family, and the proximity to the Pictured Rocks is ideal. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

The cabin was perfect, comfortable and clean. So nice to have a great place to come back to and rest and relax after enjoying all the area has to offer. Beautiful location, lots of wildlife around, yet close enough to go into town for meals or groceries.

Peaceful and beautiful

Had a wonderful time at this location and the area was so peaceful and quiet. The area and lake were beautiful and serene. I would highly recommend staying here if your looking for a great vacation to get away from it all.

Nice cottage on the lake

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very peaceful. The lake was beautiful. Having access to the kayaks, canoe and paddle boat were great. The cottage was perfect for the 4 of us.

Beautiful cabin in amazing location!

We could not have asked for a more perfect home base for our daily excursions around Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Marquette and the Hiawatha National Forest! The cabin was even better than described in the VRBO listing and we loved the deck overlooking 16 Mile Lake.

Perfect getaway

5-day getaway in the UP

We had a fantastic 5 days on the peninsula. We enjoyed the serenity of the property, kayaking, paddle boating and fishing with the kids from the dock. Caught a few small Bluegill and Perch. Fire with s'mores at night. We also took advantage of the Pictured Rock Lakeshore area with hiking, boat trips, waterfalls and viewpoints. A trip we will never forget. Would love to come back soon!

Great Vacation in Munising

The house was perfect! The lake was like glass it was so quiet and still in the mornings. The house was a perfect size for our little family and we enjoyed the boat and fishing off the pier. Great property!

Wonderful!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The lake is clear and warm. Even when it rained the sunroom let us enjoy the view of the lake. We have already booked our trip here for next year.

Quiet, beautiful vacation spot

The property was even more beautiful than the pictures show! Our family of 5 fit comfortably in the home and enjoyed using the boat and kayaking around the lake. This home made a great home base as we traveled around the UP. We would definitely recommend this location to others!

Lovely stay in Munising

We had a wonderful time visiting this cottage. It's very close to Munising, and conveniently located near Hiawatha National Forest and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore for kayaking, hiking, and biking. We saw 9 different waterfalls that are just a short drive from the cabin. When we were at the cottage, the kayaks and paddleboat allowed for lovely trips around 16 Mile Lake. It is a very peaceful location.

Precious Peninsula Pointe

Our vacation gave us precious memories! The location and amenities were perfect. Hubby was sad that fishing was limited due to a hard freeze, but so many other fun things happened!

This property is well kept and has everything you need for a relaxing trip to the U.P. The owners are easy to work with and very responsive. The property is very clean! The location to pictures rocks and Lake Superior offer good activities if you want to get out and see the area!

Beautiful Get Away

The cottage and the lake were lovely. Just 20 min or so from Munising. Favorite part was the total silence of the nights there and the brilliant night sky. Saw lots of satellites and the Milky Way. Gorgeous!

I am from the Upper Peninsula and met my husband Pat here at 16 Mile Lake. His parents own a cottage just down the road from our Hide-A-Way and we own our own home right next door to them. We recently purchased the DQ in Munising. We are happy to call the U.P. home! The U.P. brings much joy to our lives and we hope to share that joy with others. We hope you enjoy yourselves at our Peninsula Point Hide-A-Way!

Come and experience our many miles of Side by Side/fourwheeler roads and trails. We are within a short distance of Pictured Rock National Lakeshore, waterfalls, pristine beaches, golf and restaurants! One of our favorites is the Buckhorn Resort just 6 short miles away.
We love the UP and hope you will too!
