🚧 Head`s up! There’s a nearby bike path project happening, so you may notice a temporary fence in front of the building. Sidewalks and building access are open, but Alaskan Way is reduced to one lane with temporary parking restrictions. During check-in, guests may need to take a short walk around the fence to reach the building office. Let us know if you have any questions!

🚨 PLEASE NOTE:
• It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed.
• Unit is west facing and will warm quickly in the afternoon during the summer months.
• The sides of the tub are very high and it has a metal frame along the top of the tub for the shower door. It is not ideal (and probably unsafe) for anyone with mobility issues and this would not be a good unit for them.
• Parking space is tight for oversized vehicles. Follow garage rules to avoid fines.
• Street parking is available, please read street signs for parking regulations and restrictions.

⚠️ ATTENTION: PARKING & GARAGE RULES
Please follow the rules below so you don’t get a fine!

1. Every resident must wait for the garage door to close after entering or leaving. This includes motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians entering/exiting through the garage door. If two or more vehicles are leaving in immediate succession, the last out is responsible for waiting. If two or more vehicles are entering in immediate succession, the first must allow the door to close to assure the second vehicle has a garage remote. If two vehicles are entering and leaving at the same time, the entering vehicle must wait. (No warning required for fine.)

2. Speed limit in the garage is 10 miles per hour. (No warning required for fine.)

‼️ This property requires a $300.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by us prior to your arrival. The $300 security deposit is a requirement to book a stay within the Homeowners Association of the Building. You will be required to upload your credit card into our secure guest portal for a $300 pre-authorization hold. The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA.

Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.

You`ll be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we`ll send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign.

Please make best efforts to arrive during business hours or your access to the unit might get delayed as support is not immediately available.
HOUSE SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES:
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at the Guest Terms page found by accessing air concierge online and navigating to the Footer where such terms can be found as titled Terms and Conditions Guest Terms - Air Concierge, as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in needs to be in-person and between 4-9pm.
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
-HOA of the Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-Absolutely NO Smoking of ANY substance on property, inside and out on the patio. No warning required for a fine.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
-Long term rentals (30+ days) not allowed.

Late Checkout Policy
Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows:
• Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater.
• 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater.
• More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate.
To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon.

We really enjoyed the central waterfront location and easily walked to multiple attractions. The host was responsive and answered all out questions and concerns promptly. The apartment was clean, had very comfortable beds, and everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Checking in and out was a breeze with the convenience of a parking space if required. We can’t wait to come back and stay next time we are in Seattle!!

We loved this apartment! Location, cleanliness, extra bedding and towels, parking space, building security, etc. was amazing. Communication was always quick and clear. If we ever visit Seattle again, we're definitely coming back here!

Waterfront retreat

The location was great and the space was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay immensely, including a comfortable bed and a functional kitchen. The welcome chocolate bar was a welcome touch! We would definitely stay here again on our next Seattle visit!

Clean and quiet in an amazing location!

Close to everything, this place was lovely. So quiet! Usually when I stay downtown I expect some noise (sirens, etc). This time there was nothing! Great views of the water. Well stocked kitchen (loved the teapot). So close to the Aquarium, Market, great restaurants. We walked everywhere. The paperwork beforehand was a little excessive (a 28 pg legal contract? Really?) but I imagine necessary. I will definitely stay here again!

A little GEM!

Property management’s office staff at check-in & out were friendly and helpful. The property was in a perfect location with great view of Elliott Bay. It was a nice, very clean space, just the right size for relaxing after long days sightseeing! It’s close to several great restaurants and tourist spots too! We walked everywhere including the stadiums (although we did Uber back) with ease. Will definitely recommend to friends & family traveling to Seattle.

Perfect Place for a Seattle Getaway

We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The owners /property management was great with communicating before us even staying there with brief messages and laying out all the upcoming texts for check-ins. We loved the location! Was an easy walk to the water, restaurants, Pike's Place, The Needle. It was a perfect stay for 4 adults, it felt more like we were staying at a friend's house. Very welcoming! And we were very happy with the instructions. Very detailed, left no questions unanswered. We would highly recommend the Seattle stay! PS The Keurig coffee pods, tea and welcome chocolate were a great touch! place, Needle.

Mom/Son Trip

We enjoyed our time here. Yes, we did have to check-in and check-out in another building which was only steps away but it was not a hard process at all! The apartment was clean and everything we needed was provided. Best part was that even though it is a true one bedroom the semi private space had a queen bed and desk was a big big bonus for us. We could spread out and still be able to be in the living room and kitchen without having someone sleeping in that area. Also, the full bath and 1/2 bath set up helped us have our own space to get ready for the day. The small balcony looked out to the bay where we could see the cruise ships that came in during our stay. This location is walkable to the aquarium and varies restaurants on the bay.The location was five stories below the streets with access to pikes place market. The first day the elevator, beside our building, was working which was wonderful, unfortunately the elevator was "out of service" the rest of our visit so we had to hike up and down the five flights of stairs to get to the upper area of the city. This was no fault of the host but thought it was worth bringing up. Overall we had a good experience! Communication with the host was easy and they would quickly respond to any question or concerns we had while were there.

Unit was great BUT would not stay again.

The unit was great, but would not stay there again or any unit managed by Air Concierge. The process to even rent the unit felt like we were jumping through multiple hoops. Additionally, before we checked in received pending authorization holds for the more than the rental fee and a separate one for the security deposit. At the end of the stay we had additional pending authorizations hold for more than the rental fee and again the security deposit. In addition we received a third $300 security deposit hold. At one time we had holds on our credit card for more than double the rental fee and three times the security deposit. It was very difficult to get answers as to why there were so many holds on our credit card. I reached out via message and phone calls and it was very frustrating. We received long messages relating to check in and check out, but could not receive answers when asking questions.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We have had a wonderful stay in Seattle. The location was perfect! We walked to everything - Pike’s Place Market, ferry to Bainbridge, Seattle Aquarium and everywhere in between. The condo was clean, homey, well-appointed and was a perfect fit for my husband, myself and our teenage daughter. Thank you!
