Impresionante nueva construcción. Fabulosas vistas de la ciudad, la montaña y el sonido desde la terraza de la azotea. Excelente ubicación ya que es fácil caminar a la estación de tren ligero, parques, restaurantes, bares, tiendas y más. Todo lo que esperaría de una nueva construcción moderna de alta gama en el corazón de Capitol Hill, Seattle.

El espacio

Nuestra casa está fuera de la calle lateral, lo que brinda mayor paz y tranquilidad mientras se encuentra en el centro.


Primer piso: el camino de entrada se abre a la gran sala que se adapta mucho a este espacio acogedor que incluye un pequeño jardín al aire libre, sala de estar (con TV por cable y sofá cama), medio baño y una cocina totalmente cargada. La cocina está equipada con estufa, horno, nevera, triturador de basura y lavavajillas. Tenemos una cafetera (café no incluido), tetera (té no incluido) y una tostadora. También se proporcionan artículos típicos como utensilios, tablas de cortar, ollas y sartenes. Esta planta también tiene aire acondicionado.

Segundo piso: este piso tiene un baño completo y dos habitaciones (con camas queen) y una lavadora / secadora. Ambas habitaciones tienen ventiladores de pie.

Tercer piso: el tercer piso es donde se encuentra el dormitorio principal. Incluye un baño completo (ducha, tocador doble e inodoro), una cama queen y un sofá cama. También tiene vistas a la ciudad y aire acondicionado.

Cuarto piso (cubierta de la azotea): la cubierta de la azotea tiene vistas de la ciudad, la aguja espacial y el sonido de Puget. ¡Ofrecemos asientos cómodos para que pueda disfrutarlo todo!

Estacionamiento: hay un lugar de estacionamiento al aire libre disponible en la parte posterior de la propiedad. Tenga en cuenta que nuestro lugar de estacionamiento se adapta fácilmente a vehículos de tamaño medio a compacto. Un SUV de tamaño completo será un ajuste perfecto. El estacionamiento también está disponible en la calle con límites de 2 horas entre las 7 am y las 6 pm, excepto los domingos.

The kitchen was well equipped. The heaters on the 2nd floor were complicated to use and the thermostats were never accurate, they defintely run hot to the point that they were still coming on when set to 65 degrees so it was hard to get a good night sleep with the constant temperature fluctuations. All of the pillows feel ok until you lay down but are actually super hard. The washer smelled like mildew but we ran it once empty then did a load of laundry and it didn’t come out smelling like mildew fortunately. The view from the top was amazing but there is no heat source so didn’t spend much time up there.

Excellent location for big group

My mom and I took my kids and nephew to Seattle and loved this property. The views were stunning and the property had everything we needed. Prepare for stairs: the unit has three tall stories with a rooftop deck above. My elderly mother struggled a bit, but we made it work.

Wonderful Stay near cruise ship dock

The property is new and in a nice neighborhood near a grocery store. We were able to get to the cruise ship dock in about 10 minutes. We are three couples and were very comfortable with the accommodations and amenities. Great communication with hosts and easy check-in.Thanks again Erin and Shawn

disappointing, especially given the cost.

Smaller than expected, and a bit dingy, as compared to other homes we've rented. The listing stated there was a dining space that accomodated six people, but there was no dining space at all, at least not inside the apartment - the managers pointed at the fact that there was a table and chairs on the rooftop patio, but (a) that's not very useful when it's raining or wet, and (b) it is three full stories above the kitchen. We had a problem with the heat the first night, so we were quite cold, but that turned out to just be the result of not understanding how to use the controllers. Also on the first night, in the middle of the night, after we were all asleep, the smoke and/or CO2 alarm started making noise to indicate that it was low on batteries, and when we tried to shut it off, the alarm went off repeatedly, thus ensuring that everyone was wide awake, whether they wanted to be or not. Eventually, we managed to get it shut off. When we reported the incident the next day, I expected that the managers would offer some sort of recompense, given that we had all been rudely awakened in the middle of the night, but they made no such offer. Also, it turns out that there is a major construction project right next door, and a glass door on the first flooer with no blinds facing that direction so that we had no privacy from the contruction workers working just a few feet away. We definitely would not stay there again.

Nice day before cruising!

Nicely located in a good neighborhood close to Cruz ship dock. New property. Even though there was construction going on in the neighborhood, we didn’t have any issue with noise. Thanks Shawn and Erin.

Great location and comfortable stay!

We are a family of five with older kids and had a great stay. The first floor was comfortable for gathering and hanging out. There isn't a kitchen table, but we didn't miss it! There is a large island and the living room was where we ended up sitting anyway as we played games and watched a movie. The rest of the property was perfect for us to spread out as well. We didn't get to spend much time on the rooftop patio, but the views were amazing. Another great aspect of this property is the location - we were able to comfortably walk to great restaurants which was much nicer than driving and finding parking. Capitol Hill is a great neighborhood. Great stay!

This house made a great stay for our family of 6 for a wonderful weekend getaway at Seattle! The beds were very cozy and the master bedroom was spacious enough to add a crib. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Would highly recommend this house!

Space Needle visit

Small and spacious at the same time, perfect for a family vacation or getaway with friends. Great view from the rooftop only downside was the noise from the construction next door. But other than that great!

Great visit to Seattle and Capitol Hill

We recently stayed at this fantastic VRBO property in the heart of Capitol Hill, Seattle, and it exceeded our expectations in many ways. The house was exactly as advertised, providing a comfortable (three good bedrooms) environment for our group. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, making our arrival and departure stress-free.One of the standout features of this property is its incredible location. Capitol Hill offers an unbeatable blend of restaurants, cafes, bars, and activities right at your doorstep. From the vibrant nightlife to the eclectic dining options, there's always something to explore. We particularly enjoyed visiting local spots like Bar Cotto for dinner and Cafe Ladro for coffee.The house itself shows signs of being well-used, which is understandable given its popularity. However, this did not detract from our overall experience. The real gem of the property is the view from the roof, which offers a stunning panorama of the city. It's a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunset.Overall, we highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of Capitol Hill. The combination of comfort, convenience, and scenic views makes it an ideal choice for both families and groups of friends. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed here and had a lovely time. Enough space for everyone, all amenities listed are in good condition. We enjoyed the kitchen and games especially. The hosts are very responsive, overall a great time. Would recommend.

Great location, just as advertised

great location in Capitol Hill. Fantastic roof top deck, even in 20 degree weather, view of the city and the mountains. Property just as advertised. Designated Off Street parking a HUGE plus for the area. Note some other hosts advertise on-site parking But it’s just a permit allowing you to park on the street if you can find it (which is hard to do). This property offers designated off street parking. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful visit to Seattle at this property: convenient location, comfortable beds, and easy checkout. We appreciated the parking space and great communication with the host. The listing indicates a hot tub/spa tub but there is not a hot tub on the property.

Great location

We came into town with our two kids and mother-in-law for a wedding and had a great stay. The condo was close to everywhere we needed to go and had a grocery store and restaurants close. Was just big enough for the five of us.

Fall guys weekend in Seattle

Three college friends in to watch our alma mater take on UW in football. We stayed three nights and this was a great spot. Easy to get to marina for Puget Sound fishing trip and one stop on light rail to UW's stadium. Great house - very functional and rooftop space was awesome. Hosts were very responsive to a couple of questions ahead of time.

Perfect location!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 other couples. We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was really clean and the location was perfect for us! The view from the rooftop balcony was unbelievable! Would highly recommend!

Hello. My wife Erin (local to the Seattle area) and I (a Seattle-ite for over a decade) have two wonderful boys who keep us on our feet every day. When we find time, we love to take in the new restaurants in the Capital Hill area, sailing on Lake Washington or the Puget Sound, and Skiing at one of our many resorts in the area.

We are fortunate to have a second home in the heart of the city and are happy to share it out with visitors. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Our townhouse is centrally located in Seattle on Capitol Hill. Just a couple of blocks from Broadway and Pike St., this house is close to nightlife, shopping and some of the city's most influential restaurants and culinary chefs. Other destinations within walking distance include Volunteer Park, Seattle Asian Art Museum, Cal Anderson Park, and the Capitol Hill Link Light Rail station.

Downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market, Lake Union, the University of Washington, Seattle University and The Arboretum are an easy Uber or bike ride way.
