Siesta Dunes 1st Floor Beach Retreat + Bikes

Steps from the beach, this spacious 2 bedroom condo has everything you will need for your Siesta Key vacation.

Located in the beautiful gated community of Siesta Dunes (building 1), with heated salt water pool on premises, and its own private beach access, complete with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.

Stroll though the well-manicured grounds on your way to the pool, the sundeck and the beach.

When not on the beach, explore Siesta Key by foot, using the Free Trolley, or the bikes (included!).

You will be staying in a spacious two-bedroom condo. Master bedroom has a brand new king size bed, with a private access to a patio with two lounges. For those on "workation", there's a desk for you to use in the bedroom.

Second bedroom has two twin size beds. All beds have been updated with new mattresses.

Brand new foldout bed is available as the sleeping accommodation for the 5th person.

The living room overlooks a screened in lanai that serves as an extension of your living space.

Fully equipped kitchen, and two fully renovated bathrooms.

Guests have access to everything Siesta Dunes has to offer - the beautiful gated grounds, private beach, heated salt water pool, and a centrally located club house equipped with complimentary WiFi, coffee and tea!

My friends and I had a wonderful week long stay at this property. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to requests and questions. The property was clean, and the amenities were perfect for a relaxing stay at the beach. We would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful vacation!

This was a perfect choice for our family of three! We spent our week wandering between the beach and the pool, and the condo was the perfect place to hide from the mid day sun and rest up for the next days adventures. Extra appreciative of the simple and reasonable check out instructions! Will definitely be back!

My family stayed over the holidays in this condo and it was perfect! Clean and well maintained. Great location on SK with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our week in Siesta Key! The Condo looked just like the photos and was clean and quiet. The grounds are very nicely maintained and the beach is incredible. So nice to have the chairs on the beach and the option for an umbrella! The sunsets from the beach or sun deck are amazing. Location was perfect for smaller crowds at the beach and the trolley was very convenient.

Fabulous property!

We had an amazing stay at this property. First— The host (Tanya) was impressively responsive! The location was perfect, access to a wonderful pool and also direct access to the beach. Just incredible! The condo was so clean and provided all that we needed for our stay. I highly recommend booking this condo for your next visit to Siesta Key!

Siesta stay

This was our first time at Siesta Dunes. Tanya’s property was extremely clean and had everything we needed for vacation. She went above and beyond with her communication and quick and helpful responses. The beach was beautiful and the heated pool and hot tub were great. Definitely recommend Tanya’s property!

Amazing stay at a beautiful location

We had an amazing time at Siesta Dunes! The location is perfect. Close to everything…St. Armand’s, downtown Sarasota, etc. and of course within walking distance to all that Siesta Key has to offer…shops, restaurants, ice cream, bars, etc. If it isn’t walkable then there are several ride services that offer quick and convenient transportation, The best part of the location is that it is just a two minute walk to a private beach! The condo was immaculately clean and fully stocked with everything needed to sit back and relax. It was a great location for kids as the large, saltwater pool was a perfect end to a day at the beach. The owner was responsive throughout the entire process from booking right through our stay and made sure we were comfortable and made sure we didn’t need anything. We had a great time and really hated to leave. I have stayed at VRBO’s up and down the East coast and this one is at the top of the list.

Perfect Week

Tanya’s place was the perfect vacation spot that we desperately needed from the unpredictable spring weather in northern Ohio. The unit was well equipped with everything that you need for your entire stay. The kitchen had all the needed items you would need if you choose to cook in (we actually grilled out on the properties grills a couple of nights). The condo grounds were beautiful to walk through on the way to the beach, which had lounge chairs and chair’s waiting for you to take down everyday. The location was also very convenient for daily needs. Close to shopping stores, restaurants and only about 2 miles to the village which is walkable or you could pick up the free trolley that sops right by the entrance. The unit was clean, quiet and the master bed was comfortable. Just an overall great unit to stay in and we hope to be back next year.

My husband and I fell in love with Siesta Key on vacation there last year, and since then had been on a mission to find us a beach front property on the key. Siesta Dunes is such a beautiful community with steps from the beach and all of the resort-like amenities that you will love!
