Nuestro apartamento está muy bien decorado con un elegante toque y sabor. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con baño privado y un walk-in closet. El segundo dormitorio de invitados con 2 camas individuales, cuarto de baño y walk-in closet. La cocina está totalmente equipada para sus necesidades de entretenimiento y dispone de lavavajillas. Nuestra terraza está totalmente examinados con vistas a un jardín muy bien cuidados y preciosa vista de la playa y puestas de sol. El condominio cuenta con un reproductor de DVD, sistema de sonido, conexión inalámbrica a Internet y pantalla plana de televisión en cada habitación. La conveniencia de la primera planta es sin duda una ventaja ya que se accede a la playa o en su propio lugar de estacionamiento privado.
Paraguas, sillas de playa, y toallas se proporcionan para su conveniencia. Restaurantes en el hotel podrá disfrutar de la olímpica, piscina climatizada, cancha de tejo, mesas de billar y de ping pong, el ejercicio y sauna. Además en el lugar que tenemos parrillas al aire libre, así como lavadoras y secadoras. Una vez que está aquí se sentirá usted tiene 2 casas, pero éste será difícil salir. Sin duda la espera de su declaración en su próxima visita!

Perfect family getaway

The condo was clean and in the perfect location. It only took us about 5 minutes to walk to the beach and the pool was very nice for the kids too. There was also a SCAT stop right outside our door!

Great location and condo!

My three adult children and I stayed in the condo for a week. We loved that it was located directly across from the main Siesta Key parking lot. The use of the condo’s beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and cooler was greatly appreciated. The condo itself was clean and well equipped. The only draw back was the washer and dryer were located outside the unit. I guess I didn’t read that part. We had brought enough clothes so it didn’t matter. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Would recommend staying here!

Vacation paradise!

This condo is right across from the gorgeous Siesta Key beach. Short walk up to the Village for shops and dining or take the free trolley. Condo is adequately supplied with basic necessities. On-site laundry a bonus. Will definitely be back!

Vacay with a birthday weekend celebration!!

We stayed for 8 days. Spent a lot of time at the beach and about the same amount at the pool. Everything that we needed was available, either it was in the complex or just a short distance away. We will be back ❤️

Excellent location, excellent place

Perfectly clean condo, well appointed and in a great location! Checkin process was seamless and the pool was very clean and warm :-) The place had a nice screened in porch and the kitchen had all necessary utensils. We absolutely loved it and will be looking to book again. A day past and already missing our Siesta Key spot!

Perfect getaway!

The property matches the pictures. It was spacious and clean. The location was absolutely perfect for my daughter and me- walked to the beach daily, went to both the north and south ends of the key for entertainment and food in the evenings, walked back to the beach for sunsets, and ended each night watching a movie together in the living room. There is a trolley stop right in front of the building too! Definitely recommend this location!

Over all good

The place wasn’t cleaned that good the toilet needed work and the screen door handle was broken also one of the beach chairs. It’s a pretty good walk for older people with all beach gear could be tough. The area is nice it was our first time there. The pool area isn’t easy to get chairs people go early and put towels on chairs and leave for a lot of the day (rude self centered people). The condo area all in all is nice.

Beach trip 2022

Everything was great except we had issues with the air conditioner. They came and fixed it once but then stopped again over the weekend and it being a holiday we made it through. We went and purchased two fans that got us by. Loved having the beach cart to carry our stuff back and forth. The beach was nice and within great walking distance. Loved being on the first floor and being able to park right outside our unit. The unit was very nice and equipped. Loved using the Air Fryer/toaster oven combo. The bed in the master bedroom slept wonderful! Overall a great stay minus the air.

Everything we needed

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 looking for an affordable airbnb close to everything. It was literally across the street from the nicest beach in the area Siesta beach! We appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella they kept stored in the lanai, with fresh beach towels ready for use as well. The bedrooms had enough cabinet and closet space, the bathrooms were nicely stocked with the necessities as well. The air conditioner kept the condo nice and cool for when we returned from our daily explorations which was refreshing, while the condo was about a mile or so away from all the restaurants and shops which was also very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting out the unit again in the future. Only downfall is I wish they had an in unit washer dryer, however they did had a communal washer dryer which you had to pay for on the same floor which we did utilize during our stay. Our host was prompt responding to any correspondence we sent during our stay.

Lovely Home

We loved staying at this condo. It has everything you need: gated community with pool, grills, etc. Condo has huge two bedrooms, very clean nice bathrooms, kitchen full of supplies. Our shower head broke in one of the bathrooms and the owner and management responded right the way and in no time it's been fixed. It has a beautiful lanai where you can enjoy your glass of wine outside looking at the ocean. Ocean in 2-3 mins walking. Beach is gorgeous white sands and nice calm ocean and this condo has all your beach supplies: chairs, umbrella, etc. and tons of beach towels. Siesta Key DT is not even half mile away with nice restaurants (SKOB is always open late and very tasty) and little shops. We will def be back since we loved this home so much! Nice place

We really appreciated the quick accommodations as our original place was not available due to the hurricane. My only complaint is there wasn't much for general supplies especially in the kitchen.

Excellent vacation

Location is great, ocean is wonderful, pool is very clean and well maintained. Condo is good except small things, but noticeable. There is ants in the kitchen, in cabinet drawers. Some kitchen utensils needs repair or replacement, like tea kettle, bathroom sinks stoppers, kitchen cabinet door. I reported it to the office worker, hope it will be taken care of.

Paradise by the beach

Great condo, excelletly maintained and comfortable. Beach is a short walk across the street, and it is beautiful! Downtown Siesta Key is right up the street with great places to eat. We would definately rent this condo again!!

We are from Chicago, IL. We fell in love with the magnificent Siesta key beach. We purchased our condo in Crescent Royale & come here as often as our busy schedule allows us. A romantic relaxing getaway for the two of us or with the children for a leisurely family vacation.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We were visiting Siesta in 2004 & it was love at first sight. The cool white sand, crystal clear blue water, spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico, tranquil atmosphere as well as the close proximity to Siesta Village with its shops & open-air restaurants could not be turned down. Crescent Royale also had the best view of the beach. We purchased our condo right there and then & have been coming here as often as we can and when we are not here we dream about it! We would like to share our condo with you & extend a warm welcome. Once you come here, you will feel you have two homes, but this one will be hard to leave!

Our condo is directly across Siesta Beach which was voted as the #1 Beach in the United States including Hawaii . We enjoy the morning & evening beach walks. We also enjoy coffee & breakfast while viewing the garden & beach as well as the magnificent sunsets in the evening.
We have taken walks to Siesta Key Village & enjoy a drink or meal in one of the open-air restaurants.
Our condo is tranquil /soothing with its wall paint & decor and has all the amenities of home.
It is close to shopping & entertainment including: St. Armand's Circle, Mote Marine, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Ringling Museum, Sarasota theaters, Westfield Shopping......
We totally enjoy coming & relaxing here!
