Great location, disappointing upkeep
The townhouse is located in a very nice neighborhood and a great location. The owner needs to find a better cleaning company and someone to take care of the pool and yard. The bathrooms had hair in the drawers and on some of the hand towels. The air-fryer was not cleaned from prior usage and the area around the kitchen trash bin was not wiped down. The yard had not been mow/trimmed (only need a trimmer, area is so small) in at least a month based on the size of the weeds and the height of the grass. The pool furniture has no cushions so you have to improvise. One lounge chair was broken and should have been thrown away and the other was starting to show cracks. There were many pool toys but about half of them had holes in them so instead of just throwing them away they were put in a storage box. The dishwasher did not work and we were not informed until we received the check-in instructions. I did not receive my check-in instructions until I arrived and sent a message to the owner. I arrive about 18:30 so, I expected to have the information by 16:00 at the latest. All in all compaired to other Vrbo houses I have stayed in this one falls very short when it comes to upkeep and a 5-star rating which they asked for in the check-in instructions.
