Located in the lovely, historic Victorian Village, our newly renovated condo is a short walk from Short North and High Street, and many amazing shops, eateries, breweries, & cafes. Nearby is also a local park, medical center, convenience/liquor store, and OSU. The culture-rich area offers lots to do, see, and eat!

This 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo was recently updated, therefore all of the finishings and furniture are brand new. The space has a modern and inviting feeling, with exposed brick throughout it. We hope our guests feel at home and comfortable right away, and enjoy coming back to the space after being out and about in Columbus.

The first bedroom has a spacious king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have a great deal of natural light, plenty of closet space, and premium bedding. The full bathroom has a shower/tub and is stocked with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash/hand soap.

The large modern kitchen has a beautiful new granite counter and is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and stocked with cooking essentials. Guests will also find a brand new washer and dryer in the kitchen should they need to wash anything.

For the convenience of our guests, we use a smartlock system which allows for easy, no-contact check-in.

The condo has one dedicated parking space in the building lot, and there is paid street parking available until 10pm.

The condo is two blocks away from Thompson Park, a lovely, inclusive park with basketball nets, a playground, and a recreation center.

If you are looking to book for a larger party, we have a 2nd condo available in the same building. Please inquire with the host to book both condos for your stay.

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Kroger supermarket, Victorian Village Market (selling beer/wine) are all close by. Most attractions and essentials are a short walk away, however there’s plenty of transportation options as well!

Our condo is located in the Victorian Village neighborhood of Columbus. This area is known for its quaint, leafy streets lined with beautiful historic homes in a variety of architectural styles. It’s ideal for going on walks and taking in the local beauty. At the southern tip of the neighborhood is Goodale Park, a large park with a basketball court, baseball diamond, gardens, playground, tennis court, and walking trails. It’s also the setting for annual music festivals. Overlooking the park is a contemporary art exhibition and free sculpture garden.

Check-in and Check-out:
You may check in from 4 p.m. on the agreed arrival date. You will receive a key code to gain access to the property 24 hours before the earliest check-in time.

Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. on the agreed check-out date.

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for an additional fee of $25 per check-in and check-out.

Noise
Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (e.g., 11pm – 7am), and upon arrival and departure.

Parking
The building has a dedicated lot where one parking spot is available to the guests of this condo.

Weapons policy:
Weapons, including firearms, are NOT permitted at the property without prior permission from the host. If a guest brings a weapon onto the property, the host can cancel the booking immediately without reimbursement. In the event of this happening and if weapons are left behind at the property, the authorities will be called to retrieve them and it will be up to the guest to figure out how to get their property back.

Pets
Pets or animals are NOT permitted at the rental. This is an animal allergen free home due to severe allergies of owners.

Smoking
Strictly no smoking in the condo or on the premises. Disposal of butts in the bushes or grassed area is absolutely prohibited, and the owner reserves the right to charge for cleaning and/or damages incurred by smoking indoors or carelessly discarded butts.

Parties
Beautiful Memories Getaways and Airbnb have a NO parties policy. In addition to this, absolutely no glitter or confetti! If you use glitter, there will be a $250 cleaning fee on top of the normal cleaning fee.

Visitors & Events
Strictly registered guests only. No unregistered visitors are permitted, and the property may not be used as the base for a party under any circumstances. Failure to comply will result in guests being asked to leave, additional cleaning costs being charged, and guests being reported to Airbnb, VRBO, etc.

Garbage and Recycling
Guests are requested to remove the trash and recycling and place them outside in the designated receptacle/area at the side of the building when they leave the property at the end of their stay.

IMPORTANT:
The owner reserves the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the rental, any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.

All damages and breakages must be reported as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in additional fees. To avoid damages and breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
