Beautiful Waterfront 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Condo
Gorgeous 1 bedroom/1 bath condo on the 3rd floor located on the Boca Ciega Bay Intercoastal waterway. This lovely space was totally renovated in June 2021, including cabinetry, fresh paint, and new tub and tile in the beautiful bathroom, and handicap height toilet.
Beautifully decorated by the owner with very comfortable living room seating, dining table to accommodate 4 guests, plus 2 additional bar stools on the kitchen peninsula. Lovely new stainless appliances, and granite countertops. The bedroom boasts a king size bed, and beautiful bedding.
There is an elevator located in the center of the building for your convenience. Laundry facilities are located on the 2nd floor near the elevator, and a portable washer & dryer are located inside the unit. The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped.
There is a heated pool and a dock on the intercoastal, located at the back of the building.
The beautiful beaches are located a very short drive just across the Corey Causeway, and less than 5 minutes away.
Restaurants, bars, shopping are all a short drive away.
Beach chairs & umbrella is available for your use, as well as beach towels & floats.
You can enjoy the beautiful sunrises from the dining room, or walk out to the dock, and you are sure to see dolphins and manatee swimming by.

If you choose to stay in my condo, you will immediately feel at home. The building is a lovely vintage style, with recent updates, and located directly on the intercoastal. The views are amazing, and the beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world.
