The space was super modern and immaculate. Michael was a great host and replied quickly. Location was great for the sporting event I was attending at Dick’s Sporting Goods field. It was easy to find and easy to get in. 10/10 would recommend.

This was a great place to stay, especially for couples or solo travelers. The place was clean and quiet. The shower is amazing. It was fairly priced and communication with the host was great.

Nice place

Small but clean place, great for staying to see stuff at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. About a mile walk but a straight and level shot. Not much else going on in the neighborhood but the actual room is very nice. Had a small snafu with the booking but the host immediately called and fixed it. Highly recommended

When we arrived, the landscaping was in the middle of being done, so the first impression left us concerned. It is an older home, subdivided with private entries and parking around the back in an older neighborhood. I was confused about which entrance belonged to our rental, but a phone call quickly cleared that issue up. The property owner has beautifully remodeled this room to include a lavish bathroom with a bidet and optional rain shower head fixtures in the private bath. Chilled bottled water in the fridge and snacks on the counter were a nice welcome after a long road trip! A heavenly memory foam mattress, fluffy pillows, lush towels and linens, and blackout curtains made our stay perfect. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip through Denver!!

Wonderful Little Hidden Gem

This is a one bedroom studio attached to the main house, yet remains secluded with a private entrance. If you’re looking for a quick and easy place for the night, it’s PERFECT!! Very clean with a lot of quirky amenities, like a bidet!! Shower is beautiful as well. The neighborhood is “ok”. Certainly didn’t feel unsafe, but on the less desirable side. All and all we loved it!!

Great Studio for Phish!

Amazing opportunity to walk to Dicks for Phish. Host was awesome, stocking the fridge with our favorite beer and supplying us with Phish merch upon arrival. Extremely strong communication, checking in daily to make sure we had what we needed. Place was clean and new bathroom.

Great place to stay!

This place was perfect for our trip to Denver! The hosts were so thoughtful in how they prepared the room for guests. There’s cute/informational signs on how to operate and take full advantage of the technology they’ve installed (the cool night-light feature in the bathroom and the bidet with the toilet seat warmer). It was great not having to park on the street and instead we got to park in their driveway. Michael was very quick to respond prior to our arrival, and he took the time to briefly greet us when we arrived. The check in was easy and smooth and technically contactless, which was nice to be able to arrive whenever we wanted. The shower has an awesome rain head along with a normal shower head with great water pressure. We definitely recommend this place!
