The Space:
This house is in a quiet neighborhood perfectly situated between Downtown Cocoa Beach and Downtown Port Canaveral. East of A1A makes this property walking distance to the beach and is ideal for families or couples.

Peace of mind: This house was purchased for the sole purpose of a private and secluded vacation renal home. This is not someone’s second home, shared property, or condo. It has been specifically designed for guests and beach goers to take full advantage of all the amenities of home, while away. Our professional and dedicated housekeeping staff is second to none, leaving you with a fresh and detailed house to relax in.

The home was completely remodeled in 2024, kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, dishware, silverware, glassware, cleaning supplies, coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, and grill utensils.

We also provide: beach towels, beach cooler, beach chairs, beds will be made with fresh linens by professional housekeeping staff upon arrival, bath towels, throw blankets, and a wide range of TV options and channel lineup.

Outdoors: The pool is a 35 foot swimming pool with loungers surrounding, an outdoor dining table, as well as a covered patio seating area. There is a large park style grill for cooking out as well as utensils provided. The back yard is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence and large grass areas for privacy and kids to run freely and safely.
