Large, professionally decorated home with private dock for kayaking, fishing, boating. Private, relaxing pool with waterfalls, cave, lights, and attached jacuzzi with therapeutic, massaging jets. Outdoor covered patio and huge dining table, Weber BBQ, firepit and chairs, and large grassy areas.
Ping pong, pool table, board games and books.
2 double seater kayaks, easily launched from the backyard dock; dolphins and manatees can be seen in the Banana River! Seasonal bioluminescent marine life seen in the canal. Boogie boards, Beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, toys, for the beach- only 1 block away, with a new stop signal/ crosswalk at the end of our street! Or throw everything in the car, drive 2 min. and park in Lori Wilson Park (at the beach) with play areas and public restrooms. Space X, Blue Origin, and other rocket launches are easily viewed from the beach or in the sky from the beach or property. Only a block to the Hilton (or drive & park in their huge lot) for outdoor & indoor restaurants/ bars, Starbuck’s, gelato. A few more blocks away is Publix grocery store w/ optional delivery, Florida Fresh (-top rated, local restaurant), liquor store, and other shops/ eateries. A short walk in the other direction is a gym that offers day passes, (including yoga and other activities). Other nearby fun options include boat tours/ fishing charters, surf lessons, bike riding, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, or a day trip to Disney World, Epcot Center, etc. New Option!…4 hr. (Min.) boat rides/ rental with pick up & drop off from the backyard dock! Please ask about this as early as possible to check availability/ book. If available, your group can enjoy lunch/ snacks while cruising, fishing, stopping to wade/swim off the sandbars, and hopefully see dolphins and manatees!

We had a wonderful time spending Christmas with our family here. Our host was very responsive to all questions we had before arriving and there were so many small touches to make us feel welcomed and at home... including a Christmas tree and s'mores! Beautiful house and an even better view, very spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend, especially for family vacation together!

Perfect Stay!!!

We had a wonderful time. We came out for my daughter’s wedding 14 of us stayed and it was beyond perfect. Home has everything you need and it’s close to everything. Loved the home and neighborhood. Will save this place for future travels. 100% recommended.

Wonderful, clean, vacation home!

We spent a week away from the snow in this wonderful house. It was so clean and had everything we needed...the kitchen had all the necessities for meals, there were extra blankets/pillows and the setting was perfect. We had a couple of minor issues and the responses were very timely. We'd definitely come back again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Superb stay - Cocoa Beach

Waterfront Bliss was the perfect accommodation for our family group. The house layout, the comfort and the amenities made our stay in Cocoa Beach most enjoyable. The location on the water is just beautiful. We got to enjoy the pool, spa and game room. The comfort and preparation was spot on. We would highly recommend this property.

50th Anniversary Florida trip!

Excellent VRBO accommodation and service! Stay here if you want to experience the BEST home VRBO has listed! Comfy beds! Enough beds for 15 people! Fantastic pool/hottub/pool table/ping pong/books/liveTV. Superb location with crosswalk 1 block from Cocoa Beach. All the Beach supplies you need for surf or sand. Completely stocked kitchen and even has hand soap/palate towels/toilet paper supplied! Can’t beat Jeanne’s attention/care/response! Have already recommended this place to 7 families (some in the Orlando airport!! Thanks for the most memorable trip for our parent’s 50th wedding anniversary!

Beautiful place with all of the amenities

I loved the decorating, all clean beach theme. Loved the long tables and the large couch. Pool was beautiful. View was beautiful. Plenty of room. Very nice kitchen with everything we needed. Lynne is an awesome host, very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Great stay

We had a great experience at this property. From the time of the booking until check out communication with host was prompt and specific. Location is very easy to get to the beach. The house is spacious, clean and has lots of amanities to enjoy while on vacation; The pool is very nice. Overall we had a fun family time.

Annual family gathering

The property met or exceeded all our expectations from location to amenities. The adult "toys", kayaks', garage pool table ping pong table provided hours of entertainment for all. The location, access to the ocean and the property's location with access to the Banana river provided many hours of paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing for members of the family. Being able to safely walk to the ocean was an added plus for an early morning or evening stroll along the beach. The response from the local agent to questions was outstanding. Suggestions for improvement : dampening the noise of the air handler on the second floor and the tightening of the patio sun shade. The property is definitely on our list for another family gathering.

Strongly Recommend!!

We loved the location and the activities at the house (kayaks, beach equipment, ping pong, pool and water toys, etc) made it so we didn't need to go off site as much. There were supplies for s'mores and other nice gestures to make us feel like we were home. :) The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to feed eleven adults. The only glitch in the whole experience is when we had four couples and 3 singles. Our two boys ended up sleeping on the couch because the pull-out bed wasn't comfortable for them. There would have been plenty of sleeping space if we didn't have that certain combination. We were overall extremely pleased with our experience. Thank you so much!!

Sacred sister reunion

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this great home. Very spacious and love the pool area. The only hiccup was that the elevator door was locked. We had stayed there 5 months ago and the elevator was open and useable. When I called the property mgr, she stated that we weren't suppose to use the elevator. I told her that we were all older adults and 2 ladies were recovering from knee surgery. The main reason we booked this house again was because it had an elevator. Jeanne, property mgr, was kind enough to ask the owner and she came and unlocked the door. That was a relief but it was odd that it was an issue at all. There was a concern that the AC on the first floor was broken but the new part was going to be there on the next day. Since it was cool outside it really wasn't a comfort issue just an inconvenience that a service rep needed to come to the house. Again, Jeanne was very helpful and communicated well. I would recommend this home for your vacation. Having all the supplies to make Smoors as a gift was a treat and was enjoyed by all.

We enjoyed this lovely place. It is close to the beach but the kids will love the fun pool with the cave too. It is well stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing vacation.

A perfect beach getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this rental! The house was very clean, which was greatly appreciated. The welcome basket filled with snacks was a nice surprise and made us feel at home after a long trip. The proximity to the beach was perfect; we enjoyed our walks there. The hot tub and pool were great amenities that added an extra layer of relaxation to our vacation. Additionally, the house itself was very pretty and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway experience. Thank you to the hosts for providing such a wonderful stay!

Great Time!

This VRBO provided a great stay for our family. The home was very clean, well appointed and very convenient to the beach. We stayed there with our adult children and grandchildren and it had plenty of room for everyone. The pool and patio were great for play time and meal time. There were beach toys, towels, chair and umbrellas! I would highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful house, and this house did not disappoint. We loved the jacuzzi hot tub and pool during our stay, and appreciated the size of the house to accommodate all of our guests. The host was fabulous to work with and would recommend this stay for anyone looking to visit cocoa beach.

Heaven In Cocoa Beach

Well if you are reading this you are probably looking for a place to stay in Cocoa Beach. I want to inform you that there is no reason for you to look any further as you have found NIRVANA. First off the communication is outstanding. We were kept inform of all aspects that related to our stay prior to arrival and while we were staying at the place the communication continued to be outstanding. When we arrived we entered the home and I say a 'HOME' as that is exactly what it felt like that we were entering a home. The place is so inviting and just has a wonderful aura. We were pleasantly surprised to see a Christmas Tree up and warmly decorated..... there was a wonderful welcome basket with goodies for our stay. The house has everything a family would want on a vacation. The number of items for a family to enjoy together were phenomenal. Kayaks, Hot Tub, Pool, Ping Pong & Pool Table. This wonderful home allowed us to enjoy Christmas and New Years together as a family. Thank you so much for allowing us to have such a wonderful time in Cocoa.
