#209 Honeycrisp Ave nice 1 Bed Ground Level Suite

This is a comfortable 1-bedroom ground level suite in a brand new house in a suburban neighbourhood in the forested Happy Valley area, near Langford. It's about a 10 minute drive to Westshore Mall, which features lots of shopping & attractions, and about a 30 minute drive to Victoria's Inner Harbour.

The space features a cozy living room with 4 lounge seats & Roku TV & coffee table, a dining area, plus a full bathroom, en-suite laundry, private entrance, and lots of free on-site parking space. The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, pantry items, spices, coffee & machine, assorted teas, and any appliances you need - just let us know what items you want when booking. Please contact us with any questions.

All of our properties are fully furnished and priced with all applicable cleaning fees, utilities, internet, and $3000 accidental damage insurance included in the price. You pay nothing else, just buy your basic foods and move right in! Plus, comfy slippers & luxury bath robes are included in your rental, so you will feel well-pampered when staying with us!

ACCESSIBILITY NOTES:
The entire unit is wheelchair-accessible since it is a single-level suite on the ground floor with step-free access, a lit path to the entrance at night, a flat (but not smooth, as the path is made of small rocks) path to the entrance, and a very large parking spot in the driveway. Please note that the path to the doorway is about 2-3 feet wide, which may not be wide enough for some larger wheelchairs to pass through. Contact us you are uncertain whether your wheelchair is too large.

Honeycrisp Ave is a suburban neighbourhood in a rural area, surrounded by the beautiful forests & mountains of Happy Valley. It's a bit of a ways away from town, so a car (or bicycle) is recommended.

- Five Spice Indian Cuisine Restaurant is less than 10 minute walk away.
- Happy Valley Market grocery / convenience store is less than 10 minute walk away.
- Olympic View Golf Course is less than a 5 minute drive away.
- Beautiful Witty's Lagoon Beach is less than a 10 minute drive away - a great spot for swimming!
