Spacious, artfully decorated, and comfortably furnished, this 1/bed,1/bath & den offers all the amenities you will need for a great vacation. More than two travelers, you've found the perfect place! The den easily converts from a office/desk space to a full size queen bed with privacy french doors. Enjoy a glass of wine while grilling a steak on the patio and take in the views!

Getting There
You will have one reserved parking stall in the double gates parking garage however most of our guests leave the car parked and walk everywhere, just like the locals - to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, museums, art galleries and more - Victoria is a very pedestrian friendly city! If you wish to venture outside of Victoria to check out Butchart Gardens or the Sooke Potholes you will use your car.

Museo marítimo de la Columbia Británica y Miniature World también merecen la pena.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
This is absolutely the best location you could find in downtown Victoria. Close to just about all tourist amenities, just a couple of blocks from Victoria's Inner harbour and the Government Street shopping area. It is so convenient to everything....Located downtown but away from the hustle and bustle! We look forward to seeing you soon!

As our guests, you will always be greeted in person when you check in, so that we make you feel welcome and to get you settled in comfortably into your new surroundings. We provide milk, bread, fruit, coffee, tea, jam & butter so that you have the fixin's for breakfast on your first morning. The Astoria Building has a community fitness room and a community recreation room, complete with a pool table and seating areas, ideal for entertaining friends while staying in our building. You also have access to the car wash bay located in the parking garage.
