Brass Rail Villas es un complejo de condominios de estilo mediterráneo en el extremo sur de Tybee Island, ubicado a solo 30 m de la playa principal ya poca distancia a pie de restaurantes, tiendas y el muelle de Tybee. Las comodidades del complejo incluyen una piscina comunitaria privada, una ba��era de hidromasaje al aire libre que está climatizada durante todo el año y un área de picnic comunitario.

Brass Rail 316 condominio está en el tercer piso, justo fuera del ascensor. Con tres dormitorios y dos baños, el lugar perfecto para sus necesidades de vacaciones. El plano de planta abierto de la sala de estar y el comedor incluye un sofá cama y un televisor de pantalla plana. Situado justo al lado de la sala de estar es su balcón con capacidad para cuatro. Hay una visión del océano sobre los tejados. El balcón es accesible desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 y 3 taburetes en la barra de desayuno conectada a la cocina.

La espaciosa suite principal tiene una cama tamaño King con un televisor de pantalla plana de 27 pulgadas, acceso al balcón y un baño principal adjunto con ducha separada y bañera de hidromasaje. Un dormitorio de invitados está amueblado con una reina. El segundo dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 gemelos. Hay un baño completo en el pasillo que comparten las habitaciones de huéspedes junto con un medio baño adicional.

Great stay!

Nice clean condo that was in a great location! We would have given it a five (5) star rating but the mattresses were very firm for our taste.

Close to beach

Place is nice. Gave lower rating as glasses and utensils were dirty and toaster broken. Not enough toilet paper and this property management co. Doesn’t supply shampoo. The cost is high so the expectations are high as well.

Tybee rental

The location of this property was great. This was the first time we have used VRBO and we were worried about what to expect. Turns out we had nothing to worry about because the apartment was exactly as advertised, the electronic key system was perfect for beach-goers (and I'm assuming works really well for the owners to allow different renters), and it was great to have parking and an elevator that goes straight up to the third floor property. There was a hiccup with the refrigerator water/ice machine not working, but I reported that and received a quick response. Even though the machine couldn't be fixed, the fact that the management company followed up quickly was great. It was also nice that we could get a rental for less than a week. We were doing a long weekend and didn't have a full week, which is how many beach houses are rented. In the words of my 10-yr old son: it was perfect and fit all our needs.

Great little vacation

Very easy to book. Great communication with the rental company via email and text. You get door codes for gates, parking and the condo. No keys to get lost in the sand! It’s so nice to have 2 reserved parking spots since parking is scarce close to the beach. Elevator was very nice because we were on the 3rd floor. The condo was just as described. Plenty of dishes and cups. Drip coffee maker. Pools and hot tub were clean and a lot of fun for the kids. The beach is a block away. Close to the pier and several restaurants of different cuisines within a block. The Breakfast club and Sunrise are great for breakfast. Get ready to stand in line outside of the breakfast club, but it’s worth it. Raw Ingredients is a block away- they have fantastic sushi, poke bowls and bubble tea. We ate there at least 4 times in 4 days. We had a delicious steak dinner at Sundae club. Make reservations because it’s really busy. Drift had yummy pastries. Didn’t get to try their crepes or breakfast sandwiches because it would have taken too long. There were only 2 people working when they opened that day and the service was very slow. The pastries and coffee were good so hopefully that was only a one off incident. I recommend Beachview spa for massages. Overall, you can’t beat the location. We loved walking to the beach or great restaurants in just a few minutes. I would recommend brass rail 316 in a heartbeat. Already trying to figure out when we can go back.

Great place to stay for a vacation

Beds are indeed hard as a rock as other reviewers have mentioned. Bring a mattress topper when you come. Other than that. Loved the place. Close to the action and fantastic atmosphere.

Post COVID Quarantine 2020 Stay

This is the 2nd rental through TVR and the experience was great all around twice in a row. The property (Brassrail) was clean, had a great location, and was perfect for the home away from home experience. The only negative part was us having to check out and return to reality. Highly recommend the company and the property. Great work TVR.

Horrible Beds!

Despite the large space, beautiful decor, all the beds were very hard. In my 30 years of renting condos, I have never encounted such hard mattresses to extent that I couldn't sleep for my entire stay. Trust me, rent another condo! Also, pictures were deceiving. This condo appeared to be on the beach, when in fact, there was another condo building between us and the beach.

July 2017 Stay

We have stayed at brass rail several times and had great experiences. We love the location and the condo. This particular unit ( 316 ) has terrible beds... they are so hard. I resorted to sleeping on the couch. I would never stay in this unit again. Sleeping on the couch was not the relaxing week that I was looking forward to.

May 2017 Stay

We were relocated to Brass Rail due to damages sustained from Hurricane Mathew but it turned out to be a wonderful trip. Our accommodations were absolutely perfect. Great decor in the condo, the well kept pools and a short walk to the beach, pier and shops made for a great time for my family and myself. Great place to stay and would definitely recommend Brass Rail, along with the staff at Tybee Vacation Rentals.

Tybee Island is awesome. We have been coming for years. Love the people, the island, the church, the view. Our family from 3 months - 67 years...love love love the island. The Brass Rail provides a short walk to the ocean and then 2 pools to relax in after the ocean.

NO SURPRISES...Beautiful unit!

The unit was very clean and the pictures online are up-to-date. There were NO surprises at all. We booked the unit "last minute" and went to pick up the key in Savannah prior to our stay. All details were handled in a timely manner. Denise was very helpful with our booking and answered all the questions I had about the rental. I saw the previous reviews about the lack of televisions and wifi. Our children are 12 and 14....quite frankly, it was nice to NOT have all the distractions. They had a great time. There were several other families with children around the same ages and both kids made friends quickly. The security guard around the facility was highly visible which added to my comfort level. He paid close attention to the pools and parking lots to maintain the family environment. We stayed over Labor Day weekend and the beach was very crowded. Once we entered the coded gate, you could enjoy all of Tybee's local features without having to deal with all of the congestion from the beach. We have stayed previously in the hotel directly in front of Brass Rail (twice) but never again. It is WELL WORTH the price difference to have a CLEAN place, with secure parking, working air conditoner, a full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and 4 times the space. After staying in this unit, I am sorry I wasted my money staying in the oceanfront hotel over 4th of July. I would rent this unit (or any of Denise's rentals) again. She stays involved with the rentals and it shows in the quality of the properties.

Brass Rail Condo Review

We had a great time at the the Brass Rail Villas condo! The condo was really nice, and decorated beautifully. Setting everything up with Denise was simple and she answered all of our questions very promptly. This location is not ON the beach, but very close. It's only 1 block from the beach and even my 68 yr old mother didn't mind the walk. There are two pools which are very close and a large hot tub which was really nice. There are only two things I would change. First being there is only 1 tv in the living room area, none in the bedrooms. It was fine for me because by the time we settled in for the night we were exhausted, but my sister would have rather had something to watch in her room before going to sleep. Second, there is no wifi. There wasn't even any available WiFi to mooch off of. Which was a problem when we wanted to stay an extra night and I needed to search for other places to stay (the condo was already rented for the day of our departure). So either bring your own hotspot or tether your phone if you are going to need internet access. All in all it is a great place, and very close to the beach. We love Tybee Island and would definitely look into renting this property again IF they added WiFi. Thank you for your help, Denise!

This condo was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. There wasn’t a decorating detail left unturned. The photos are exactlhy how it looks - even better in person. It was very, very clean. We had a wonderful stay at this condo. IF I had to change anything, it would be to have a TV in each bedroom. It was great not having to bring a lot of supplies - trash bags, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, hand soap, etc. – it was all provided. We loved the elevator at our doorsteps and right outside our car!! Loved the keyless entry. We wanted to pack-up this condo and take it home with us!! The entire property at Brass Rails was very well-maintained. Alot of restaurants and shopping is just a short walk from the condo. Working with Denise made it very easy to rent this condo. She answered all of our questions in speedy response. Even though the complex is not directly on the beach, it was just a very short walk to the beach. We loved Tybee Island. It was our first visit to the island and won’t be our last. Would most definitely stay at this condo again!!
