I welcome you to stay in my beautifully remodeled adobe home, just minutes from downtown Santa Fe! Originally built by my grandparents in the 1960s, this unique home was crafted with hand-made adobe bricks from the very land it stands on. As true children of the Great Depression, they repurposed materials from their previous home, ensuring that nothing went to waste—a tradition of warmth and resilience that still lives on in these walls.
Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from the spacious deck and patio, unwind in the private six-person hot tub, and gather around the cozy gas fire pit under the starry New Mexico sky. With a spacious living area and thoughtful touches throughout, this home is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Fantastic building with stunning views. The host was super accomodating and responsive, although there were issues with the key pad at check-in and the walk into the downtown area was longer than mentioned in the listing (due to a locked gate issue, so this might be resolved by now). However, this is still totally a five-star listing.

Magical White Christmas in City Different

An updated property in an old neighborhood, very close to town and easy to access ski mountain. The sunsets viewed from the sunroom were spectacular. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked extensively during our stay. Small touch ups still needed around the home eg knobs on drawers and cabinets and some paneling still needed, but this didn’t affect our stay. Luke the owner manager was a pleasure to deal with. Very accommodating, responsive and plain nice. Strongly recommend this place for a family vacation.

Wonderful and safe home

Our cousin group of 4 take a yearly trip around the United States. This year we picked New Mexico. We had a wonderful time in Luke's home! He was very responsive to our communications. His home is in a great area, close to everything we needed. We felt safe and comfortable. Inside and outside are beautiful.

The home was very comfortable. The sunroom was stunning as was the view of the mountains and of the city. It was very clean. It was also located conveniently to the plaza. It was an excellent choice for our family while in Santa Fe.

An incredible home and a truly wonderful host!

Our group of 6 stayed for a long weekend and couldn't have asked for a more lovely home away from home for our first visit to Santa Fe. This home is even more beautiful than the photos suggest; a well-loved place full of history, and elegantly set up for travelers. The views are stunning - we got to watch a dessert storm come in while soaking in the outdoor hot tub, and it's a memory I won't forget. The bedrooms were comfortable and private, with several shared spaces to gather with family and friends in the living room, on the porch, and in the front yard. Luke was a gracious host who made sure we were well settled in, and gave us fantastic suggestions for places to eat and visit. It's just a few minute drive to downtown SF and a number of other fun locations like Ten Thousand Waves. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great VRBO for my girls birthday trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! I was well laid out, well furnished and everything was quality! We sat on the couch and chatted, used the fireplace, used the hot tub, cooked some of our food, made coffee and played a card game at the dining room table…all that to say we enjoyed all these nice features to the house. We used uber to get to the plaza and it was about $10 every time… the weather wasn’t nice enough for us to feel comfortable walking and the walk home would have been straight uphill on the way back from the plaza. Definitely recommend this property!!

Great Family Stay

My husband, three kids, and I had a wonderful weekend at this home. Our tween was very excited to show it off to her friends and fascinated by the southwestern but modern design. It was very cozy but spacious enough for all of us. We really enjoyed the sunroom's beautiful views. Our host could not have been nicer or more accomodating - would definitely stay again.

Perfect Spot for Long Weekend

We had a lovely time at this property. It's so close to everything but feels private and quiet and away from the busy-ness of the plaza. Really loved the comfortable beds and pillows and slept well every night. The hot tub under the stars is also a nice touch. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved sitting on the deck in the morning. It was cool and overlooked an arroyo. Abundance of birds with hummingbirds in the evenings. It was a wonderful escape from Dallas heat!

Misleading and Disappointing

Pros: Good location - 20 min walk to downtown, spacious, nice furnishings, kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds, clean, manager/owner responsive and nice, allowed us to check out a little after 11 AM. Cons: Photos of views are misleading, entry code was incorrect and owner didn't answer call (but did respond after about 15 minutes and was helpful), hot tub dirty and not working (owner tried to fix but unsuccessful), BBQ dirty and not working, broken ice maker, broken trash compactor, no soap for showers, tenant living below?, unkempt front yard with broken swing and projects underway, many moths inside the home (despite not leaving doors/windows open). Given the high total cost (with required fees/insurance) of this rental, it was NOT worth it. I'm confident you can find better options in this price range.

Great Ski Trip!!

Easy access to get to artist road and up the mountain also close to the square. Hot tub was an added bonus after skiing. Also great communication from the owner! Will definitely stay again.

As a Santa Fe native, I'm proud to come from a family that's called this beautiful city home for many generations. I’ve been helping people achieve homeownership here as a mortgage loan officer for over 30 years, and I truly love being part of this community.
I’m also a single parent and grandparent, raising my two wonderful grandsons here in Santa Fe. Family means everything to me—I’m the youngest of nine children, and I feel incredibly lucky to have my parents, now in their 90s and still going strong, living right next door to this home.
Hosting guests in this special home brings me great joy. It gives me the opportunity to share not only a place, but a piece of Santa Fe’s charm, culture, and warmth with people from around the world. I hope you'll feel the love and history that make this space so unique.
