Ubicación: Convenientemente ubicado a la salida de Hyde Park Road con una entrada privada a menos de 1. 5 millas de la Plaza, esta casa de tres dormitorios, tres baños y medio está amueblada con mucho gusto con arte y antigüedades cuidadosamente recolectados. Hay un inspirador paseo panorámico a la cercana Ft. Marcy Park y luego a la plaza en solo 10-15 minutos (o simplemente suba a su automóvil y llegue allí en 5 minutos).

Dormitorios: cada uno de los tres amplios dormitorios tiene su propio cuarto de baño y entrada privada a un portal exterior cubierto. Cada habitación también tiene vistas pintorescas de las montañas de Jimez, así como las espectaculares puestas de sol de Nuevo México. Las camas son de primera calidad con dos camas king size y dos camas individuales, cada una amueblada con sábanas de algodón planchadas de 1200 cuentas y sábanas hechas a medida. Cada suite está completa con mesas para sentarse y escribir, así como televisores de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD.

Cocina: La gran cocina gourmet elaboradamente amueblada se encuentra junto a la sala de estar, perfecta para relajarse y entretenerse, con servicio para hasta 60 personas. Prácticamente todos los electrodomésticos y platos para servir imaginables que utilizamos con nuestro entretenimiento.

Vivir: Brillante y alegre, hay luz que irradia desde las cuatro direcciones de la ventana en la sala de estar y la cocina, así como desde los tragaluces de arriba. Las paredes de yeso veneciano cuentan con importantes colecciones de arte transmitidas a través de nuestra familia. Hay grandes techos de 12 pies de altura con hermosas vigas de madera y majestuosas puertas de 8 pies de altura. Hay un generoso portal cubierto de longitud completa a lo largo de la sala de estar y la parte posterior de la casa con grandes ventanales con vistas a un valle natural, con las montañas y puestas de sol de Jimez como telones de fondo. Entre en calor en la chimenea de gas de la esquina de adobe, que se enciende instantáneamente con solo presionar un interruptor.

This is the second time we have stayed at this immaculate, well-appointed, superb location property. Since our last visit 3 years ago, the owner has heavily invested in upgrades to further elevate this already impressive, gated property. It's located atop a canyon on Artist Rd with gorgeous, long distance views. Privacy, serenity and beauty, check! Close poximity to excellent restaurants, galleries and shopping, check!The icing on the cake is a kind, compassionate and caring owner. One of our 3 couples had a family emergency 1 week before our scheduled stay. Owner John offered to reschedule our stay at no cost to us. This was a much appreciated, amazing gesture and a selfless act of understanding. Fortunately, we were able to make the trip as scheduled.If you are looking for a fantastic property in Sante Fe with an excellent owner, this is the pinnacle. We will be back, John!

Great place to stay to enjoy Santa Fe

The house is in great shape, outfitted with a beautiful and fun sense of style, and comes with a surprisingly well-stocked kitchen. After settling in, my wife commented that she really appreciated how well looked after the house was. She was able to trust that the kitchen would have whatever she was looking for and that no matter what she picked up it would be clean and ready to use.The location was just right for us - super close to town without being in the middle of it and also just a few minutes from beautiful hikes in the hills.The host was very communicative and made himself available should we have needed anything. (We didn't. The house was well-labeled, self-explanatory, and everything worked as you would expect.)This was a great get away for us and our kids. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Santa Fe.

Exceptional Santa Fe Experience

This property is hard to sum up in a few words, it's the perfect stay... so well appointed, 1000% attention to detail, it's fun to explore and appreciate all the owners have curated in their beautiful, wonderfully eclectic home. Half the time I was there I was thinking about when I could return and who to bring - who would appreciate the experience like I do! My husband and daughter loved it too. This is NOT a rental.

This house is not a rental. You’ll be staying at the exquisitely-furnished home of wealthy owners whose attention to details will continually impress and amaze you throughout your visit.Each morning you’ll wake up after having slept in oversized beds with the kind of pressed linen you only find with 5-star resorts. The view (from each of the three bedrooms) looks west over the vast desert. It’s amazing and only gets better at dusk when tiny lights across the valley flicker on and the red sun slowly sinks behind the far off mountains.In each bedroom’s ample closet you’ll find plush, lined bathrobes better than those in 5-star resorts.The kitchen is huge but inviting. Appliances are all top notch (did you know that Wolf made microwaves? I didn’t). The cabinets are filled with dishes, bowls, serving containers, cookware and the like. A few things came from Ikea but most everything is of much, much better quality. Margarita stemware by the dozen? Check. Wine glasses for white and for red? Check. Coffee maker? Check and check (they provide two!).We stayed there two weeks in March and only had one problem - the kiva fireplace was slow to ignite. We called the owners and a plumber fixed the issue the next day. We LOVED that fireplace and how it added so much literal and figurative warmth to the living room with its expansive view.I could write on and on. If you’re fortunate to stay there, you’ll want to as well.

Big house with a cozy feel

Highly recommend. Lovely decor, perfect location (just a 5 min drive to downtown), and very, very clean. Well appointed kitchen, which was great for us as we like cooking. Host was communicative and gracious. This place is perfect for a big family or friend group getaway.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful home. From the views, to the beautiful art, to the amazing kitchen, to the hotel quality beds, everything was 10/10. Response time to questions was immediate . House very well supplied and super clean. Great house with beautiful territorial views. Great for three couple or family. Loved their recommendation for eats and places to see. Guidelines for house are very clear and though. Only issue I see if you have more than one car it could be a hassle parking. But I bet if you let them k ow that they would very accomadating. Excellent experience

Luxury and Comfort!

When traveling for fun and exploration, part of the joy is being able to decompress at the end of the day surrounded in the beauty of the home and setting AND enveloped in the comfort of everything you enjoy in your own home! All this and more is found at this incredible home! From the fabulous views to the well stocked kitchen to the "heavenly" bed, the home checks all your needs and desires. Our interaction with John, the host, pushed our experience over the top! He was quick to respond to our questions. His expertise on suggestions on where to dine and sites to explore was greatly appreciated (not to mention how to negotiate the road conditions during an unexpected snow storm - yikes!). Communicating with John makes you feel like you are interacting with one of your best friends. If there was a way where we could give more than 5 stars, we would because this home is THE place to stay in Santa Fe.

WONDERFUL Mountain Home

My husband and I had a really wonderful week stay!! John was so sweet and the house was perfection!! The location was really convenient to the plaza, canyon road and Ten Thousand Waves is right down the road. Must go there if you visit! Splendor in Santa Fe

This was the second family trip to Santa Fe and the second place we stayed. This home was by far the best. The home is spacious and well-appointed. There is nothing in the home but high quality furnishings and appliances. The kitchen was a dream to prepare meals.

Second Visit as Fabulous as First!

This is the second time we've rented this home for an entire month, and we loved it just as much as the first time. The location is ideal—about a third of the way up the hill between town and 10,000 Waves. It’s a healthy walk down for meals or sightseeing and a quick ride up to a multitude of hiking trails. The views are absolutely breathtaking, the kitchen is stocked with every gadget and pan you could possibly need, and John is the perfect host—gracious and incredibly thoughtful. Whenever I had questions, he responded within minutes. Having rented many homes in Santa Fe, I can confidently say this one stands out as one of our very best experiences!
