This place is perfect for a large group to relax and hang out after a day or exploring the area. Not only does it have an amazing coffee bar, large, covered patio with BBQ, corn-hole, fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a mini pool table. Split floor plan. The huge gorgeous Primary suite has its own kitchenette, a 2nd washer/dryer, additional fridge, mini coffee station, microwave, dining table, leather loveseat, desk and printer and a secondary entrance with a separate covered parking. 5 minutes to I-5, Downtown, Farmers Market, Asante and Providence hospitals.

The Space
Mid Century Modern vibe. Very comfortable and relaxing. Bright and spacious 1856 sq ft. Living room with plenty of seating, beautiful oak flooring and gas fireplace. A variety of board games to keep everyone entertained. Even a mini pool table! 55-inch Smart TV (Spectrum cable and Netflix included)
Bedrooms each have a Smart TV and remote-controlled ceiling fan. Comfy Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam mattresses in all bedrooms. 3 kings and 1 Queen. Bedside lamps with phone stands and charging outlets.
Beautiful bathrooms with subway tile, wood vanity with quartz double sinks and soft close drawers.
2-LG Washer/Dryer unit in Hallway alcove and Primary Suite with laundry supplies included.
The back yard has a huge covered back patio with slider from dining area and off of the main bedroom. Enjoy chilly evenings with the Adirondack chairs and propane fire pit. Play cornhole and enjoy a BBQ. Mini fridge on the back deck for your convenience. Front deck with built in bench.
Then there’s the very well stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, bakeware, lots of kitchen tools, toaster, blender, waffle maker, griddle for your pancakes, large electric skillet, rice maker, crock pot, food processor and a pizza steel. If you need it, it’s probably here. Cocktail glasses and supplies. Herbs, Spices, oils, salt and pepper.
If you are a coffee lover like me, you will be very pleased with the coffee bar. There is an Espresso machine with Lavazza Italian espresso, Ninja Coffee maker, Keurig with a variety of coffee pods, French Press and a Pour over, gooseneck electric kettle, Raw sugar, regular sugar, raw Stevia and creamers. A selection of teas is also included.

We had a great time in Medford. The kitchen was very well stocked which was great since we ate most of our meals at the house. The coffee bar was fantastic as well.

The entire experience was great - from communication with the owner, easy check-in, very clean and well-appointed and comfortable for our group of seven people. The location was ideal for us as we were visiting someone who lived nearby. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

Cute clean house with 4 Beds.

Very nice place to stay. Lots of refrigerator space. Easy to get to from Baseball fields. Lots of TVs for biys and men to watch different sports. We logged in with personal Hulu accts amd logged out before we left.

Great for Family Vacation Stay

Tina thought of just about everything that we would possibly need and was very responsive to any questions! Location is perfect - very near to a grocery store, shopping mall and tourist venues! Only thing we needed to get was a shower chair/bar for my mom. But saw that there was items for infants/smaller children.

Mom's 96th Birthday

My family traveled from Northern CA and Chile to celebrate my Mom's 96th Birthday. The house was perfect. Everything we would need, plus so much more. Very clean, very organized. We would certainly recommend Tina's home.

Medford Stay

The property was exactly as advertised and very clean! The unit was fully stocked with more than you could imagine. If something isn't there, it would be surprising! The kitchen is beyond organized with everything labeled!

My name is Tina. I have lived in Southern Oregon since 1996. I moved from the Los Angeles area to raise my children here. They are now grown, and my 3rd grandbaby was born recently.
My favorite things to do are to cook, learn new recipes, bargain shop and to travel. My new favorite place to travel is Oceanside where my new grand babies live.
I really enjoy making people feel comfortable and welcome when they visit. I truly enjoy hosting my guests and making your stay very special. I live onsite part of the time and if you need me, I am available. If you prefer to be left alone then not a problem at all. This is your vacation, and you should have it however you wish.
I wish you all a very special trip whether you stay with me or choose another site.
