Everything we needed was provided, and the atmosphere truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay in Kannapolis. The house was perfect- spacious, immaculate and very well decorated. We played board games in the kitchen and walked to the downtown and ballpark. Great communication with Hunter (the host) and easy to understand instructions.

Downtown Charmer

This house comfortably hosted 8 people for a weekend dance competition. We were conveniently located to downtown shops and restaurants. We will absolutely be back to stay for a ballgame!

Birthday celebration

The property is extremely nice and clean. It is very new and in excellent condition. The ceilings are high giving the house a bright, spacious feel. Plenty of room with 2 1/2 nice bathrooms. The host, Hunter, was very professional, and helpful with quick responses and always willing to accommodate any requests. The house sits one block off a fairly busy road, so there is some road noise. Even with this, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the activity, and at night, we had a white noise going so no bother. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely do so again if coming to the area.

My family had an event to attend in Kannapolis. It was the first time traveling with our 15 month old and 6 week old. The house was perfect! Hunter was easy to work with and we would definitely book it again.

The home was a blessing. Nothing to worry about with plenty of space. Owner had the house prepared for our arrival and check in was a breeze. We were able to visit with family and see a little of Charlotte. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed over the years. Thanks

Family stay

This property worked out great for us. We were in town for daughters Deka competition, close to venue, downtown area with shopping, restaurants, bars and baseball stadium which had fireworks 2 of the nights we stayed. The house was in perfect condition, clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Location

The property is conveniently located. We were in town for the Coca Cola 600. We were less than 20 minutes from the track and all the race shops. The park near by offers families with young children a great place to picnic, visit the splash park and ride the Train. Everyone was very friendly. Excellent location can walk to local Food Loin grocery store and baseball fields.

Great Week in Kannapolis

Hunter was an amazing host and very responsive to any questions I had during my stay. He made the entire process very easy. It was awesome having a garage to park the car out of the sun and overnight. The house was very clean and well maintained and had ample space to relax, as well as a nice big kitchen to cook! The neighborhood is very walkable and I enjoyed being able to walk to the grocery stores, restaurants and the ball park where I was able to catch a game. I would certainly be booking this property the next time I visit my friends in Kannapolis!

My wife and I have enjoyed staying in many areas, and worked with my cousin Brandon, to be able to offer a home here in Kannapolis for those who travel here! It is our desire to provide an excellent home for you to stay in, one that will leave you wanting to come back. We believe that the Sage is perfectly located to many of the surrounding attractions, but best of all it is only a few steps away from Downtown Kannapolis!

The home is new construction, and is perfect for groups or families. Our families enjoy using the home and we're eager to share it with you! You'll have a great view from the porch or balcony of the ballpark and downtown. You can even see the fireworks after summertime games! You are only a short walk from the Cannon Baller Ballpark, many restaurants, breweries, boutique shops, the North Carolina Research Campus, and Village Park where you can listing the national bands through the summer. We are happy to provide a list of happenings for the time that you will be in town!
