The rental was truly well appointed and stocked. We had everything we needed and more! My daughter, traveling in with my one year old grandson wanted me to thank the hosts for having a bottle brush along with all other baby items!

Hunter was great and always communicated right away. The home was very clean(immaculate) and well maintained. Loved that there was a garage for parking. There was plenty of furniture unlike other places I have stayed at. Since we visited in a cold month, we loved the throws, and the bath towels were nice and plush. The beds were nice and comfortable. The location was convenient and a grocery store nearby. I must say this is one of the top places I have stayed at. I would love to come back and visit in the summertime.

This is my favorite VRBO rental that we've stayed in. Location is incredible. You can walk to downtown Kannapolis and Cannonballers stadium. The house was the cleanest rental I've been in and the owners thought of everything that was needed. I especially loved the Nespresso machine with the pods so I didn't have to worry about coffee for the few days we stayed:)I would 1000 percent stay here again. We had the best time and we would even consider more rentals from the owner because of our excellent experience. Thank you for making our visit with family so memorable!!

My husband and I rented this house with his parents while in town for family events. It was perfect for what we needed. It was spotless - one of the cleanest vacation homes we've stayed in. There was plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed, including 3 different ways to make coffee. The beds were very comfortable. The house had lots of thoughtful amenities. Hunter was very quick to respond to messages and made it super easy to add an extra night to our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend trip

Beautiful home. Very clean! The only thing I would have liked to have was white cotton sheets and white towels. The polyester sheets were not comfortable and were itchy. Also white shows cleanliness. Other than that everything was perfect.

PERFECTION!!

Let’s just say that Hunter did not leave anything out. We were in town for a wedding and Hunters home was more than welcoming. Easy instructions prior to arrival, simple entry, super clean, organized and well decorated. Communication was fast and easy. We would certainly stay again and would not hesitate to anyone looking in the area. I can’t wait to book one of Hunters other properties too.

We stayed at this location for 2 nights while in Kinnapolis for a training. The host was very nice, responsive and accommodating. If we come back, we will rebook!

Amazing stay for daughter’s graduation

Everything was wonderful! Beautiful, comfortable home that was well stocked with everything you could need. Great communication with the host. We were here while attending our daughter’s graduation at UNCC which was only 18 miles away. Ample space for everyone to enjoy celebrating this meaningful occasion. Thank you for sharing your home with us! It made our visit even more special

Comfort in mist of a storm

Aside from the properties beauty it is was comfortable and calming. We were seeking a place we could be close while our dad was in the hospital and a place to be while they cleared our home after Helene. Our stay was topped off by having an amazing host who reassured us and helped us feel comfortable on his property. We were able to communicate with ease. Despite the reasons for being there our family fell in love with the area so needless to say we will be back!!!

Great property

We have stayed here before and returned because it is a beautiful place with lovely hosts. The house works great for our family, has everything we need, and is walking distance to many amenities. We will definitely be back.

AHHHHHMazing Stay in The Gray

My family and I rented "The Gray" and "The Sage" for our family during our daughter's college graduation AND wedding (yes, a week apart). Both homes were absolutely gorgeous, clean, and amazing. Hunter and Brandon own the properties and were nothing but wonderful in communicating with us. If you need a wonderful home (or two) to use, consider "The Gray" or "The Sage." Wonderful amenities and so close to anything you might need. Plus, the upgraded downtown area is literally across the street.

Golf Tournament Stay

Easter visit
