Just a quick 5 minute drive away is Glasgow Hills Golf Course where you can enjoy golfing with beautiful country views. 3 minute WALK to the famous New Glasgow Lobster Suppers for a traditional PEI feast, 5 minutes to the Preserve Company for amazing breakfast, 9 minutes to the Mill Restaurant for a high end experience, and a quick drive to Glasgow Glen Farm for artisan cheese, stone fire pizzas and the BEST cinnamon rolls! 7 minute drive to Cavendish beach, 11 minutes to Anne of Green Gables and a 20 minute drive to downtown Charlottetown & the Airport.

On your vacation, enjoy all the comforts of home, plus some at this 5000 sq foot beautiful home. Although you can walk to many amazing restaurants in the area, if you prefer to have home cooked meals you will have no issues. The fully equipped kitchen has all amenities needed, plus there is a bbq which is on the deck just off of the kitchen.

The main floor features the primary bedroom which has a king size bed, large walk in closet, and patio doors that open up to the upper deck. Enjoy an evening soak in the ensuite bathtub which overlooks the river clyde. The very large bedroom number 2 also features a king size bed, and bedroom number 3 has a queen size bed. There is a guest bathroom on the main level as well which features a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is just down the hall for your convenience.

The lower level has a large entertainment area with floor to ceiling windows, a satellite tv, pool table, lots of furniture for lounging and patio doors that open up to the backyard. Down the hall is bedroom number 4 with two queen beds. Bedrooms 5 and 6 both have queen beds and windows that overlook the water view! There is a full bathroom on this level with a stand up shower.

The Yellow Cottage sits on a completely private lot with no other houses in sight! If you are up for some activity, play some outdoor games in the back yard! You can also bring your own, or rent a kayak or SUP board and take in one of the most scenic views in PEI from the water! If you're looking for some friendly competition with your family and friends inside the home, challenge them to cards or one of the board games we have on site.
