Great location for our meeting at UA-COM Phoenix. Just a fifteen minute walk by the Science Museum and Children's museum with easy access to Chase Field.Owners were friendly and accommodating. Absolutely no issues and we would stay again.

We attended the Semicon West trade show at the convention center. It was a convenient walk, and the house was impeccable. Liz was a joy to work with. I highly recommend this unit and especially Liz as the owner/manager. Overall, a very positive experience, trying Vrbo for the first time.

The house was perfect for our family of 4 adults. It was clean and very well appointed. The house had more extras than your average vrbo in my experience which we appreciated very much. Coffee set up is kcups so don’t bring coffee grounds, en-suite bathroom doors were replaced with blackout curtains which was not a problem for our party but may be for others. TV’s in every bedroom although we only used the one in living room. Beds were comfortable and bedding was good. We walked to/from the house to convention center in 15 mins with my elderly parents both day and night and felt safe. Would definitely rent again if I needed to be downtown Phoenix. Liz was super responsive from the time I booked through checkout.

Phoenix Work Trip

Exactly what we needed for a two week work trip. Close to downtown, cozy, clean, responsive and unobtrusive host, well priced. Much nicer than coming back to a hotel room every night.

Awsome location in family oriented neighborhood. Walking distance to DTPHX and Chase Field. Comfortable house. Classic kitchen and cozy outdoor seating.Liz and Raul were gracious and gregarious hosts.Definitely will be back!

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing time. Spacious, clean, snacks upon arrival and comfortable beds. It made going to Game On Expo this year a memorable one. The close proximity to the Phoenix Convention Center was just perfect

Great stay convenient to convention center

I wanted a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home close to the convention center and this met all my requirements. Booking 3 hotel rooms would have been at least 2x the cost and this was much more like at home. Highly recommended!

Great location, perfect accommodations for 3 adults wanting our own space. Host was very welcoming. Well appointed kitchen.

All in all this was an amazing stay. Truly had a great time here. Location was perfect fro what we were looking for. Heart of Downtown and walking distance to the arenas. Will come again!

Beautiful house, great hosts

My parents and I stayed here for a weekend. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The house was in great shape and had amenities that really made our trip perfect! The bedrooms had the softest sheets, lots of space, the softest blankets and having a keurig w/ pods was a great touch! We loved the keyless entry and the private street location. The only downside what that the walk to downtown area was a bit far for someone without a car. Otherwise I’d highly recommend this property!

Great for Convention Stay

What a great VRBO! Liz was great and greeted us after arrival. She answered all our questions prior and even had coffee and creamer there so we didn’t need to shop till second day. She had everything we needed and need left a heater out front when she said it was unseasonably cold. Very walkable to convention center. Cute little neighborhood and we felt safe walking. There was a group of three of us for a conference and we enjoyed cooking in and spending time together most nights. We highly recommend.a drive up the mountain to watch the sunset. It was about a 40 min drive one way. We packed snacks and enjoyed the long colorful sunset.

Concert "Hit-and-Run"

Came to town for a midweek quick girls' trip to attend a fantastic Lizzo concert at Footprints Arena. The property was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with extra water and snacks available. We had ample space for the 5 of us to spread out and relax. 3 full bathrooms meant no fighting for space when we were getting ready. The full kitchen which was stocked for morning coffee. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, with the VRBO owner living right next door. Travel to and from the airport was easy and quick. Had I investigated more, we might have even used the light rail from SkyHarbor rather than rideshare since there is a station near the property. We did use the rail system to go further downtown to the concert venue and to grab drinks and food before the main event. The property owners were responsive and friendly. I would certainly stay in this property again if I have the opportunity to go to a concert or sporting event in downtown Phoenix. Highly recommend! The only small issue I'd point out is Phoenix is a car town. The 10 minute or so walk to the near-ish restaurants and venues will definitely get your sweat glands pumping and make you glad you remembered your sunscreen. I'd probably rent a car next time so I could explore the city more or get around.
