Nuestro vecindario cuenta con casas históricas bellamente cuidadas y es tranquilo y seguro. It was the perfect location and perfect house to stay at for my daughter's graduation from Grand Canyon University! The beds were comfortable the house was adorable and the neighborhood was safe and nice to take walks in. Cute little coffee shop around the corner wewalked to each morning. Highly recommend! Great communication with the friendly owners as well!

PHX Weekend For Golf & Baseball

Needed a comfy place to stay for a quick weekend (preferably with a pool) and Sarah's Sanctuary was perfect! Older but spotlessly clean home with beautifully renovated bathrooms. We wanted a pool to enjoy after golf and Sarah was kind enough to delay some renovations until after our stay so we could enjoy it. Although we did not cook during our stay, I particularly appreciate when kitchens are stocked with not just basic essentials but a few other things that can be helpful during a stay. Only regret was I didn't get to use the sleek bathtub, but on a guys golf trip I thought I might be pushing my look with the rest of the gang disappearing for a bubble bath. Great location and option in the Phoenix area.

Cute home in great location

We loved staying at Sarah's sanctuary. My kids and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and spent hours by the lovely little pool. The kitchen is very well-equipped which was nice for our family since we love to cook. The beds were comfy and the glamorous bathrooms were a treat. Thanks, Sarah and Noel!

Spring break

The sanctuary was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. We paid extra to heat the pool which is a complete must have with the ladies. The location was perfect close to everything such as shopping zoo stadium. We had a nice stay.

Nice Place Near Downtown Phoenix

In Phoenix area for spring training games & hiking. As we were all over the broader Phoenix area, this offered a nice central location. We were close to major roads. Quiet neighborhood.

Nice location near a lot of stuff.

Fun quirky house. Comfy beds. Outlets are old so my charger wouldn’t stay plugged in the bedroom. Nice coffee /tea selection. Homeless guy was wandering the neighborhood.Only on street parking available. No bathroom counter-space for makeup and jewelry. Owners were very responsive and helpful.

Very comfortable!

We came into town to visit our daughter at GCU. The house was about 10 min from campus. It was set up with eveything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and made check in/out very convenient. We'll book this again!

Convenient location

Our stay was wonderful! It was a quick drive to GCU and many restaurants, etc. The house was as pictured and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the pool was nice and clean! The host was responsive and very helpful! The neighborhood was clean and quiet!

Gender Reveal Party

My sister and I traveled to Phoenix for a niece's gender reveal party. We stayed at Sarah's Sanctuary and love, love, loved the house! It has such a friendly vibe and was comfortable from the moment of arrival. The house is exactly as described and located in a cute little neighborhood. It's easy access to the airport, freeway, shops, and dining choices was very much appreciated. We spent three hours one evening just floating in the pool and chatting. The beds are comfy and the rain shower in the bathroom was heavenly. This will definitely be our go to property when visiting Phoenix. Oh, and by the way, it's a Girl!

Perfect relaxing get away bungalow

This home is warm and inviting from the moment you step in the door. One of a kind art and eclectic little “beach house” in the middle of the desert. Very well equipped to eat in and near many places to eat out. Great location, lovely neighborhood.

Found the property just as advertised. It was clean. A large collection of very unique pieces throughout. Lots of friendly neighbors quick with a wave. Found every thing we needed in the way of kitchen items.

Great house for our 2 couple travels. Nicely furnished and clean. My wife is very picky about clean homes and this one met her standards. The pool was great for an afternoon lounging. Overall a great place to stay.

Fabulous stay

Loved the property, it was in a cute neighborhood with lots of character, loved having a pool.The host really though of everything. Loved the big shower and tilework in bathrooms. Fun decor and artwork throughout. Just perfect place to stay. Great hosts too! Centrally located for all we wanted to do!

Beautiful home in the perfect location!!

The home is nestled in a beautiful downtown historic area. Close to wonderful shops and restaurants!! The home provided everything you can think of, was very clean, and well appointed. We make several trips to AZ a year and will definitely make this home a go to place to stay!!

Hope to stay longer next time.

Great little place to stay. Just the right size for four adults. Only wish we had had time to stay longer. The neighborhood is a quiet oasis within walking distance of a few places to eat and a quant little coffee shop. The owners were quick to respond to questions, even though they were on vacation, too. The person living in the house on the property was quiet and kept to herself. The most interesting feature of the house and neighborhood had to be the abundance of doves and the collective sound they made.

Fantastic Stay in the Sun!

We had a mothers/daughters long weekend getaway focused on the weather and a pool. Sarah's Sanctuary was an oasis in the hot Arizona sun! The pool was clean and refreshing and the outdoor space provided lots of spots for sun, shade, or a mix. Very relaxing! The home was very comfortable, clean, and stayed the perfect temperature once we came in from the hot day. The neighborhood is also a 5/5. It was quiet but still close enough to Door Dash whatever we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We are experienced hosts and do everything we can to create a bespoke experience and provide a true home away from home. That being said, we are always taking in feedback from our guests. We want you to be comfortable during your stay. We live just 4 houses down across the street and can help with anything that comes up during your stay! Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Family room has a trundle bed to sleep 2 more for a total of 6. Bathrooms are exquisitely designed from the 2018 renovations. New flooring throughout the house. HEATED Pool and accompanying outdoor area is beautiful. Propane grill and fun pergola swing!
