Our team lives very close to the property . We are usually available for assistance via phone and can be on property relatively quickly if urgent. Message through Air BnB or V R B O for lightning fast response.

Indian Rocks Beach is a relaxed, walkable beach town known for its wide white-sand beaches, friendly local vibe, and uncrowded feel. It’s quieter and more laid-back than nearby tourist hotspots, making it ideal for groups who want to unwind, reconnect, and actually enjoy the beach.

From the property, you can walk to the beach, local restaurants, cafés, ice cream shops, and beach bars—no car coordination needed. The area is perfect for morning beach walks, biking, paddleboarding, and sunset strolls.

Indian Rocks Beach is especially popular for family reunions, multi-family vacations, and group getaways because it offers space, charm, and convenience, while still being a short drive to Clearwater Beach, St. Pete, and Tampa for day trips and attractions.

It’s the kind of neighborhood guests return to year after year for its easy pace and true coastal feel.

Welcome to Sunburst Vacation Rentals where parking is easy (and FREE) for up to 8 cars (16 if you block in) on property and we are across the street from the beach. There is a beach access right at 7th street. There is beach access right on 7th street across Gulf Blvd, only a 2-3 minute walk. You would have the ENTIRE property- all 4 units and the pool to yourselves. Units A and B are on the first floor and units C and D are on the 2nd floor.

We provide beach chairs, wagons, beach umbrellas, and beach towels.

Sleeping arrangements- Unit A (upstairs) has a king, queen and sleeper; Unit B (upstairs) has 2 queens and a sleeper; Unit C (downstairs) has a king in one bedroom, a queen in one bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Unit D (downstairs) has a king in one bedroom and 2 fulls in the other.
The units are fully furnished with wifi and flat screen HDTVs in the living rooms and master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for you to enjoy a homemade meal or BBQ out at the pool. You have a private laundry room with washer and dryer and basic supplies in EACH unit and a large exterior balcony overlooking the pool area so you can watch the kids swim.

**Please note: the units share a common wall but you must exit one unit to enter the other. There are 4 individual units- 2 upstairs (Units A and B) and 2 downstairs (Units C and D), each with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and all with kitchens and laundry rooms.


A car is not necessary for daily activities. The beach, restaurants, cafés, ice cream shops, and beach bars are all within easy walking distance, making it simple for groups to explore without coordinating transportation. Biking is also popular in the area, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Free on-site parking is included if you choose to bring a vehicle or plan day trips to nearby Clearwater Beach, St. Pete, or Tampa.

*PLEASE NOTE- this property is comprised of 4 individual units and you MUST GET HOST APPROVAL before booking as all 4 units may (or may not) be available for your requested dates (even if it appears available online). We will let you know typically within 1-2 hours.

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee per unit (2 dogs max per unit).

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval/per unit.

*Pack & Play available upon request.

*If guest cancels his/her booking with V R B O or Direct they will be NOT be refunded the 4% processing fee.
