The perfect Indian Rocks Beach vacation spot for the whole family- up to 24 people, in this private property with 4 total units (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs), EACH UNIT with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and kitchen , and laundry room, and a shared pool, heated by the sun! Directly across the street from beach access, feel free to use our beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, and beach buggies. BBQ by the pool or cook in your private kitchens.





Our cohost, Carla, lives very close to the property . We are usually available for assistance via phone and can be on property relatively quickly if urgent. Message through Air BnB or V R B O for lightning fast response.

This is a quaint, family friendly beachy neighborhood within waking distance to many mom and pop restaurants and shops.

*Please note, due to the hurricanes, the vegetation and greenery was damaged but is slowly returning and we are so excited to see that!

Parking for up to 8 cars is easy on the property and we are across the street from the beach. There is beach access right on 7th street. The beach is about a 2-3 minute walk across Gulf Blvd, where there is easy beach access.

The two units upstairs and one unit downstairs have a king in one bedroom, a queen in one bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The other unit has a king in one bedroom and 2 fulls in the other.
The units are fully furnished with wifi and flat screen HDTVs in the living rooms and master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for you to enjoy a homemade meal. You have a private laundry room with washer and dryer and basic supplies and a large exterior balcony overlooking the pool area so you can watch the kids swim.

**Please note: the units share a common wall but you must exit one unit to enter the other. There are 4 individual units- 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs, each with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and all with kitchens and laundry rooms.


This is a very walkable neighborhood. People ride their bikes, Uber, or drive.

*PLEASE NOTE- this property is comprised of 4 individual units and you MUST GET HOST APPROVAL before booking as all 4 units may (or may not) be available for your requested dates (even if it appears available online). We will let you know typically within 1-3 hours.

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max per unit). There is an additional pet fee per unit.

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.

*Pack & Play available upon request.

*If guest cancels his/her booking with V R B O or Direct they will be NOT be refunded the 4% processing fee.
