This is a single level condo with no one above you and no stairs!

Updated light, bright, and open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and oversized ceramic tile throughout the kitchen, living areas and bathrooms.

The kitchen and bathrooms boast granite countertops. Both bathrooms have direct access to the bedrooms.

There is a gas fireplace and granite-topped wet bar in the main room and a dining area with seating for six+.

Your private (interlocking paver) patio boasts golf course, mountain, and lake/pond views with fountains, waterfalls, lush privacy bushes, and of course...palm trees! Enjoy a meal or your favorite drinks at the 4 person dining set or 2 person bistro set. There is a tall patio heater for cooler mornings and evenings. We supply 2 full propane tanks!

The kitchen has granite countertops, and is stocked with dishes, cookware, silverware, and glassware for 8. We provide a Keurig coffee maker (k cups, sugar, Splenda, creamer is supplied) along with an air fryer (EVOO and spices provided), blender, toaster, and crockpot.

A 5 burner natural gas grill is right outside the kitchen in your private courtyard…we provide all grill accessories.

All bedding, towels (including beach towels), cleaning supplies, laundry detergent for the full size washer and dryer are provided.

We also provide a cooler on wheels, mini blue tooth speaker, and plastic drinkware for poolside fun!

There is a 55 inch Smart TV in the master bedroom and 43 inch Smart TV in the guest bedroom. The living room has a 55 inch Smart TV. Feel free to stream Netflix, Hulu etc with your login. Every TV is connected to the local cable company, and we provide extended channels including HBO.

Guest access
Electronic lock is programmed with the last 4 numbers of the guest's phone number for easy entry. The 24/7 guarded front gate of Palm Valley Country Club will have the guest's name upon arrival to issue a pass into the community. Guests have access to the entire condo, 2 car garage, all the pools and spas. Guests also have access to Palm Valley Country Clubs restaurants, salon, and day spa on a pay as you go basis. We do not have a golf membership but there are beautiful public champion golf courses within minutes of Palm Valley Country Club!
