DOG Friendly !! Renovated house in East Panama City, near Tyndall AFB & PCB,

Only 3 steps into this one level totally renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage like house. This beachy feel will help you sit back and relax. Fresh paint and décor will give you a good feeling.
The 65 in TV has access to Prime & Netflix along with a DVD player & several movies. Both have remote controls.
The kitchen area has all major appliances, LG washer & dryer, coffee maker, toaster and 7 qt air fryer.
Newly renovated house in a quiet neighborhood. All furniture, mattresses, bedding, linens and LG washer and dryer are new. Two large bedrooms with ample closet space and shelves, plus benches for storage. Large deck on the back of the house along with a very private large level back yard. The sofa is also a queen sleeper.
Guest access
The entire house is for the guests, nothing shared. One keypad code will be issued to the primary individual. The code will be used during the entire stay.
Other things to note
I have furnished this house to accommodate myself and my family when we get the opportunity to go for a stay. I do hope you find all the comforts of your home while you are away.
The backyard is open and quiet.
ONE small dog, under 40lbs allowed. Bring kennel and dog bed for your furry child.

The house is super cute with theme decorations and quality special touches of supplies throughout. You can see and smell the cleanliness when you walk in. The host is very attentive to all questions & comments. The price is much less than most rentals in all of PC & PCB.

Panama City Stay

The property was very clean and very simple to check in. Kimberly was quick to respond and was very accommodating to my requests. My friends and I had a wonderful stay!

Nice house

The house was nice to have room for our family instead of being in a condo/hotel. We had an issue with the toilet but that was quickly fixed once I reached out about it.

Perfect for us

This home was just right for us. The neighborhood is a little lower end but it was very quiet and we never felt uncomfortable with the location. The beaches are a little bit of a drive but wonderful once you get there. The home had all new appliaces with good heat and a/c. There is a very nice deck and yard but we werent there much during the day. We would definitely stay again. Thx!

Clean and comfortable

I was very amazed by the amount of detail put forth into this property. Sticky notes and print outs were left for us to inform us about the property and nearby things to do. The host kindly left travel sized shampoo, conditioner and soap ( though I do encourage to bring your own), tide pods and pods for the dishwasher. Choosing this VRBO house was the best decision for the trip that was planned. 10/10 would stay again.

Great Access to Tyndall AFB

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days while I was working at the new Marina on the Air Force Base. It was a great place to stay as it was very close and easy to access without dealing with local downtown traffic. The kitchen table made for the perfect desk to accomplish administrative items before heading to work and after returning as there was no internet access, yet, at the new Marina. The unit was clean and well taken care of. It was as described in the listing. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Cozy and comfortable

The house was a nice 2 bedroom that had everything we needed. The bedrooms, bathroom, front room all were spacious. We could not go out back as the house apparently had settled so the door would not open. Also, the hot water in the shower kept going cold then hot. We did get a early morning surprise as the mowers showed up and my husband had to move his car to avoid debris from hitting it. But overall I would say this was anice place to stay. The neighborhood was peaceful too.

Hello. I have traveled and lived in different parts of the world while supporting my husband when he was in the US ARMY for 15 years. I worked in the banking and customer service sectors because I enjoy working with people in person. After over 30 years I decided it was time for a change so I got my real estate license in TN and KY. I like the ability to make my own schedule . This allows me time to support my three grandkids during all their sporting events. I do plan on retiring within the next 6 years and possibly moving to Florida.

The house is fully furnished and equipped for your stay. With free wife, Netflix and Prime video you can catch up on the latest streaming shows. Or put in a DVD

The interior of this adorable home is all totally renovated. Nicely decorated and freshly painted. The LG washer & dryer have all the bells and whistles for nice clean clothes and such. You will find a very large deck that is mostly in the shade all day. Have a seat on the glider bench and just chill in the shade. Or get out the Corn Hole game and challenge your family or friends to find out who the real champ is.
