A golf cart is provided for guest use (driver must be 21+). Some restrictions apply, details provided upon booking.
Guest access
* This is a private unit in a duplex building with a shared center wall. You will be staying on the left side. You will have the entire unit to yourself, and a private fenced back and side yard with the exception of the owner's locked closet in the master bedroom.

* There is ample parking for two vehicles in the driveway.

* You will access the unit via the smart lock on the door anytime during your stay. The code will be sent a couple days prior to your check-in time.

* The closet in the room with a king-size bed is our manager's closet and not accessible to guests.

* We provide a starter kit of amenities during our guests' stay:
- 2 rolls of toilet paper
- travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap bar
- dish detergent
- dishwasher pods
- laundry soap
- paper towels
- sponge for the kitchen


*Booking for someone else is not allowed. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments.

* Our top bunk beds are not suitable or safe for adults.

* No smoking or vaping in the house.

* Cut the cord. No cable TV. Our TVs are smart TVs; this allows you to sign in to your favorite streaming services for the duration of your time with us.
