The space
Like new third floor (no elevator) and very nice condo located at Sea Trail Resort in Sunset Beach, NC. 3 Championship golf courses located at the resort.

There are two large bedrooms-one Master with King bed (comfy mattress) and full private bath and second with full over full bunk and full bed. For infant/toddlers---our condo has a baby gate. Second additional living area with wet bar, mini fridge and sleeper sofa.

All the amenities of home with a full, well stocked kitchen, two separate living areas and a washer and dryer.

There are 4 flat panel televisions with a large screen in the living room, WIFI, YouTube TV (for local/cable channels) and a Nintendo 64 for the ultimate in entertainment enjoyment. The condo has beautiful vinyl plank wood-grain flooring and cozy furniture throughout! There are ceiling fans in every room and central heat & air allowing for any level of comfort. The condo has laundry with a full-sized washer/dryer. The floor plan is open and spacious with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The main area of the condo has sliding glass doors that open to a large screened porch for outside seating to enjoy the coastal wildlife and scenic course views. The kitchen features a raised bar for additional dining space and a dining area with four chairs and a table. The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full-size refrigerator, range, crock-pot, instant-pot and blender. The master bedroom is located in the front of the condo floor plan adjacent to the main area of the condo. The second bedroom has a private entry includes an additional living area with queen pullout sofa (new). This living area includes a sink and small refrigerator.
