A security deposit of 500 euros via Superhog online platform will be requested a few days prior to your arrival.
Additional services and conditions:
Early Checkin (before 5 p.m.) or Late Checkout (after 11 a.m.) are possible depending on availability for an additional 50 euros each.
2 hours of cleaning are included in the cleaning fee rate. Price per hour of additional cleaning: 35 euros
Included in the rate for 2 people, 1 bed set. For 3 to 4 people, 2 bed sets. For 5 to 6 people, 3 bed sets. The additional bed set is 10 euros.
Intervention of a plumber for simple unblocking of the toilets: 130 euros (the intervention can cost up to 250 euros in the event of more complicated unblocking)
Broken or missing object: price of the object (except crockery for a maximum of 2 broken items per stay) + if necessary, the price of the service of an installer if the cleaning team did not succeed or did not not enough skills. Within two (2) hours following your entry into the accommodation, the inventory is deemed to have been accepted by you.
The tenant agrees to accept the visit of the premises if the owner or his agent so request.
