We are small dog friendly - I live on the second floor with my little Nikki - YOU WILL LOVE YOUR OWN SCREENED PORCH AND GAS GRILL IS RIGHT OFF THE PORCH - THIS SWEET NEIGHBORHOOD IS GREAT FOR WALKING - BIKING - SHORT HOP TO DOWNTOWN - MUSIC IS AROUND YOU SOMEWHERE MOST DAYS OF THE WEEK AND DONT MISS OUR FESTIVALS-PORCH FEST - SEAFOOD FEST-OYSTER FEST-CHILLI COOKOFF the Marci Gras Dog parade AND MORE

Come enjoy the slower life style. We have a whole house water filtration system. One level living and I have a Chef ready kitchen fully equipped you don’t need to bring a thing. All the guests comment how they love all the special touch’s and goodies that are included, Nespresso coffee maker too

The house is so comfortable all of who have stayed in either unit loved it and great reviews I'm a Super host on Air bnb I've just posted this on VRBo for the winter months We seem to have people you want the first-floor - love to cook and want a full kitchen This has it all and then some- Have a boat got room for that too and a golf cart
