Pool Home Excellent Location - 2 Gas Golf Carts

POOL HOME! Excellent location between Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs squares, just around the corner from Tierra Del Sol Country Club. You will enjoy 3 Bdrms/2 full Baths and 2 golf carts. Large Master Bedroom with ensuite bath, a King Guest Bedroom and a Queen Guest Bedroom. All bedrooms are provided with premium bedding and SmartTV's. Six guests can enjoy plenty of seating inside and a 70" SmartTV. The kitchen is fully stocked and your choice of Keurig or drip coffee.

The house is located just around the corner from Tierra Del Sol Country Club and is centrally located between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing Squares.

The King Bed Master Bedroom has access to the pool and large walk-in closet with ensuite bathroom that includes an extra large shower and double sinks. The second King Bedroom also has access to the pool and a full bathroom with bathtub just outside of the room which is a shared bath with the Queen bedroom. All bedrooms have premium bedding, 42" TV's and black out curtains.

There is seating for 6 in the dining and living room as well as a kitchen nook with seating for 4.

The pool is 7' deep and heated to 85 degrees year round. The pool is treated weekly typically on Wednesday mornings approximately 11am, there is always a possibility of a change in this schedule but we have an excellent pool service and they do their best to stick to this schedule. Depending on the treatment you may have to stay out of the pool for up to 4 hours or not at all. The outdoor space includes seating for 6 and lounge chairs for 3 with a Weber grill.

To fully enjoy The Villages experience this rental includes 2 gas golf carts (4 person & 2 person).

We also have a pest control maintenance contract, the home is sprayed on a regular basis but they cannot guarantee an occasional bug or lizard during your stay it is a tropical climate and they come with the territory.

To keep our home and property in the best shape possible the pest control or landscapers could arrive during your stay. It should not affect your stay but don't be alarmed if they are on the property during your visit.

The house was perfect size for us sharing with another couple. Great location and pool area. We appreciate the extra golf cart as well. I locked myself out one day and host was very quick and friendly about assisting me. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable.

Many amenities!

Excellent!

The place was clean and amazing. Near Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter. Loved layout of home and the pool coupled with the golf cart to get around. The hosts are always available with questions and help if needed nice getaway in a quiet neighborhood with lots of activities. Will definitely stay again.

Lifestyle Visit

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was spotless, and very comfortable. We stayed a week during Hurricane Idalia…which turned into nothing for The Villages. Sheila was extremely helpful and accommodating for our early arrival due to the storm. Location was perfect, and very peaceful. Loved the pool! Can’t wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beautiful Hooks home in The Villages. The home is located in a great location that is close to everything. The house was so clean, and obviously recently updated. Everything in the house worked properly, and the two golf carts we were able to use during our stay were fantastic. We never drove our car while we were there for our three night stay. We played golf, pickleball, ate out for every meal, went to the squares every night and listened to music, and we drove the golf cart every time. It was such a blast, and our hosts, Sheila and Dean did a great job communicating all the details with us before our arrival. Also, before I forget the beautiful pool in the screened in lanai was great. We will definitely be coming back to The Villages soon, and hopefully the Hooks home will be available!

Just a Perfect Place

Summer Stay in the Villages

We stayed at this property to attend a birthday celebration for my mother. We had picked this mainly due to the pool and outside spaces we could gather, we were really glad this was the ONE when we arrived and saw how nice it was furnished and appointed. I commend the owners as they have thought of everything you would need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We loved everything about this home and it will be our first choice when we come back to the Villages to visit the parents!

The house was exactly as described and very well equipped from spices to plenty of kitchen supplies. The pool was a nice touch and when we got there, there were not only two golf carts, but three. The host was exceptional and kept in contact with us to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location was 10 minutes away by golf cart two Spanish Springs 20 minutes away to Lake Sumter and 50 minutes to Brownwood. I would definitely rent this place again.

Lovely little vacation!

We had a lovely stay at this Palo Alto Home. The accommodations, communication with the host, and everything was wonderful. We have always stayed closer to Sumter Landing so were hoping that we’d have the same experience with the Spanish Springs Square and all was fantastic! The home was perfect and the two golf carts were wonderful. Bed was unbelievably comfortable and the closet was sublime! Twas still a wee bit chilly for me to enjoy the pool, but hubby did go in a few times! Would absolutely recommend staying at this fine home and will hopefully have the opportunity to be back sooner rather than later! Thank you so much.
