Southern feel brand new house with a modern touch. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, cable TV in each bedroom and living room, high speed wifi internet, full kitchen, living room, and patio. Perfect location to everything in Fayetteville, bike trails, and really good food!

🌟 Easy commute to interstate (2 miles) to access Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville!

This rental is for the entire home so you will not see me and there will not be anyone else in the home. Should you have any questions or concerns, I will be available through text, call or Airbnb messaging.

Formally known as 'The Coves', this neighborhood is tucked away just northeast of Farmington, and southwest of Mountain Ranch Apartments. The neighborhood is very quiet, contains sidewalks throughout and a few walking paths as well as a neighborhood park -- Holland Park Located at 4385 West Alberta Street, Fayetteville, AR 72704. The neighbors are all super friendly!

You will have access to the entire home - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room, garage (game room) and back patio.

Parking is limited to the driveway only. Street parking is not permitted. Uber and Lyft are very popular in the area. In the downtown area, bikes and scooters are available for rent. Public transportation is also available via Ozark Regional Transit and Razorback Transit.

SECOND VERSE SAME AS THE FIRST

We returned for graduation. Again, we were not disappointed. The house was even decorated for Christmas, which I LOVE! Everything about this place is top notch. Highly recommend renting....going for a Master's degree, so we will be back :)

House and Kitchen were generously stocked. The beds had soft mattress toppers and were comfortable. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Incredible backyard space. Photos give an accurate representation of property.

This property was fantastic! So many games and plenty of room for everyone to get ready to attend a nearby wedding. This home was extremely clean and the host has gone above and beyond to provide everything needed for a great weekend! All of the beds were comfortable, as well as, the furniture. I would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend!

Loved this property. Very comfortable with plenty of room for a family. The backyard was also nicely equipped with a firepit, seating, a swing, etc. The garage has been converted to a game room which would be greater for older kids! Would definitely stay here again!

The beds were not the most comfortable and the bathroom essentials ran out before our stay was over. Other than that, the kids had a great time in the game room and using the fire pit. The location was safe and convenient.

It was nice and clean. The backyard had a nice seating area where we could chill and have our morning coffee.It wasn't a far drive or uber ride to the game or downtown area.

This is a very quaint property. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The owners take great care and the home is well supplied and nicely decorated. Our visit was due to UARK move in and we needed a place that allows pets. Property is not too far from campus and can see renting this home again for a game weekend. The garage game room is great. We loved the ping pong table! It is perfect hang out place for tailgating and/or watching the game!

Very Comfortable and clean

We only needed a place to land for one night as we were helping in the move of my grandchildren to U of A. Was pleasantly surprised by the location, condition and space of this home. It was so comfortable and spacious as well as being very clean - almost sanitized. The garage set up with all the games would be great for a large group. We are going to look at availability for a return stay.

We came to Arkansas for my grandsons baseball tournament. There were 4 adults and 3 teenage boys stayed the first night with us. Plenty of room for us all. This house was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean, comfortable, roomy and it was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was stocked with many amenities that was an added bonus. The backyard was very nice but unfortunately we didn’t get to use it very much due to rain. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating on the huge sectional. I would book this home again in a heartbeat.

This is a cute house in an ok neighborhood. Would have been nice if the yard had been mowed. Beds were very comfortable, house was very clean. The game room and bikes were a nice touch. Close to everything.
