The newly remodeled Stadium Cottage is a light-filled studio home with a plus one bedroom with twin bed and a Queen pullout. The original floors and stylish design are only surpassed by its location. You will wake up in the shadow of Razorback Stadium. With a king bed, twin in the back mini bedroom, and a fold out full, you and up to four close friends can have a magical weekend in Fayetteville. A charming back porch is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee overlooking the UofA.

Stadium House available for rent as well (if you have a larger sized group).

*Pet Friendly for Non-Shedding Dogs only* pet fee is $25/night

Rained Out but Happy

We stayed here on a recent visit for a baseball tournament. The location was great for walking visits to campus and convenient to Fayetteville and surrounding area! Loved the comfortable clean accommodations and enjoyed the yard and views from the property! Tournament was rained out having a perfect place to hang out made it a fun get away for all of us! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 4 went to your U of A and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The place is very clean and exactly as it is described on the listing. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying again if it’s available for us next time.

Delightful! Cozy, elegant, everything you need in the kitchen for meals, clean, altogether lovely. The only thing we weren't sure of when booking was if there was a secure fenced area for the dog. There is not, but there is ample green space to walk your dog. Ours is older and doesn't need space to run off leash. This was a perfect little haven for us. We will book again!

Amazing stay and a great location

The cottage was exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed to include several little extra's. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again and recommend.

Cute cottage with perfect location! We had an issue with the AC the first night but the host took care of the problem quickly and granted a late check out for our trouble!

Perfectly located, near the quads and stadium. The host (Sean) responded quickly and clearly. This is a stand-alone guesthouse behind the main home and is completely private, spotless and well equipped with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for guests to use. A Keurig with pods is provided (bring your own creamer/sweeteners). The main bed is huge and there is also a fold-out couch and a separate daybed room. The driveway is steep but stairs with rails help. We stayed on a non-game weekend, and it was quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful weekend away

We had a weekend away with the Razorback game. The cottage was a perfect location to walk to everything we wanted to do. It was clean and cozy!

We lived on this property from October of 2004 until summer 2018. We absolutely loved living in the shadow of Razorback Stadium. Being on the border of campus and so close to the action was such a blast. We love to share this experience with others.
