The Crescent 205 features two bedrooms and two baths, accommodating up to eight guests. The open-concept design is filled with natural light and boasts stunning Gulf views. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space, with seating at the breakfast bar or dining table. Relax in the cozy living room or on the private deck, accessible from the master suite with a king-sized bed and en suite bath. The guest suite includes two double beds, with additional sleeping space on the sofa bed. A full-sized washer and dryer add convenience during your stay.

LOVED!!

Everything about this place is even better in person. It's clean, well-stocked and in a GREAT location. Its proximity to the beach is also, great. The staff at the front desk were so nice, friendly and helpful, as well. I'd recommend this building and renting from ScenicStays any day.

A Wonderful Experience in Miramar Beach at the Crescent

My second year at the Crescent was a memorable one . Great to wake up each morning and enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf and the grounds surrounding the pool! The staff was friendly and very responsive to our needs. Looking forward to 2026!!

Excellent Beach Condo!

We come to Destin twice a year and always stay at The Cresent. This unit did not disappoint! It had nice furniture and was clean. I also liked that there was carpet in the bedrooms (personal preference). The view was spectacular as well! The only feedback I have is that I would love to see some sort of additional lock on the front door as I have three children (again, personal preference). I would highly recommend this unit!

Had a great time at the beach. We have been visitors to Crescent several times. The ice maker did not work which was very inconvenient and the carpets could use a cleaning. I would love to have more shade and or umbrellas available at the pool area.

Appliances not working

Dryer won’t dry, blender won’t blend, can opener won’t open, hair dryer barely drys, loud music around pool, drinks in pool, ball throwing across pool hitting patrons. Slick lounge floor due to swim suit drippings and I slipped and fell on the wt floor hurting my back and knee. Ask you desk personnel. Very disappointing unit and supervision around pool.

Excellent! Would choose again!

This unit is very updated and impeccably clean! It had plenty of space for our family of 4 in the living room. We loved that it had a full size washer and dryer. The balcony also had plenty of seating. In person, the unit looked just like the online pictures. Kitchen utensils were sparse, but wasn’t an issue for us as we went out for dinner each evening. Plenty of towels and washcloths! If staying a week, you might want more toilet paper. Also, be sure to take hand soaps - those aren’t included.

very nice condo

We have stayed at the Crescent many years and my only complaint is that all of the condos are not equally equipped in the kitchen especially. This condo had the bare minimum of cooking utensils. The problem is you don't know what you are going to get before you get there. On the whole it was great.
