* This cabin is located less than 10 minutes from Dollywood and 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge! It doesn't get better than that. You will be away from traffic yet only minutes away from all the famous attractions in the area.
* Located in the brand new Timeless Resort in the heart of Sevierville, this home is built with custom, modern and quality materials. There is plenty of space for everyone to stretch out yet come together to share precious times with each other.
* This custom-built home was just completed in October of 2022 so will enjoy the latest furnishings in the area

* Outdoors
The cabin has a spacious deck with a clear view of the beautiful Smoky Mountains. It is fitted with rocking chairs so you can relax as you watch the sun come up over the Smoky Mountains.

* Main Level
The main level is fitted with a fully loaded kitchen, laundry room, bedroom (King Bed) and a full bathroom

* Living Room
The living room has a 50-inch smart HD TV and a fire place

* Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped to prepare your favorite meals. This includes pots & pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, dishware, toaster, blender, crock-pot, coffee makers, to name a few.

* Upper Level
The upper level features a loft and the master bedroom.

* Loft Area
The loft is a game area with a Pac-Man arcade game, an Air Hockey table and a set of bunk beds
This is the perfect area for kids!!
The bunk bed is a Twin-over-Twin

* Upper Level Bedroom
The upper level bedroom has a King-sized bed and an attached full bathroom.

* Lower Level
Downstairs you will find another bedroom, a full bathroom and a movie theater
The Movie Theater is perfect for you to get together with your friends and family to watch your favorite movie or show.

* Entertainment
We have smart TVs which have streaming capability.
Each bedroom has a Smart TV.
Even though the TVs have streaming capability we have provided Roku streaming. Roku features guest-mode functionality - it will automatically log you off after your stay.
In order to stream your favorite shows please BYO username and password.

We have provided fast Wi-Fi with a strong signal throughout the entire cabin

* The cabin is perfectly located with easy access to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains National Park.
* The road up to the cabin is fully paved - you should not have any issues getting here even with small vehicles. You will not need to navigate any curvy mountain roads.
* There is ample parking for 3 vehicles. The driveway is paved with asphalt.

➣We strive for perfection but it's not always attainable. No cabin or host is perfect.
➣If you see something then say something.
➤If there is an amenity not working as intended, then we need to know about it.
➤If you let us know then we will attempt to fix it, even during your stay, as long as we get your permission
➤If you deem the issue not urgent then we can always wait until after checkout to get it addressed. We would like to know about it during your stay so we can make arrangements in advance to get it fixed prior to the next guests' arrival
➣We expect each guest to treat the property with the utmost respect. This allows us to continue providing awesome accommodations to future vacationers at a reasonable price
➣If you're looking to have a drunken party then this is not the cabin for you
➣PARENTS: We expect you to control your children. If not then please book another cabin
➣You must be 18 years old to book this cabin. NO EXCEPTIONS
➣You MUST provide your ID for verification
➣SCAMMERS won't be tolerated and will be reported to the authorities for full prosecution

➣We do not refund due to weather, driving conditions, power outages or other acts of nature that we don't & can't control.
➣You might lose cell service. Please print directions & instructions ahead of time.
➣You are in the woods and will see bugs, bees, scorpions, millipedes, lady bugs and all sorts of critters. We have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all bugs.
➣March through August is Carpenter Bee season. You may see dozens of them boring into the side of the cabin. Don't panic, you're staying in a log cabin in the woods after all!

[EASY PAYMENT PLAN]
➣1st payment: 50% required up front
➣Final payment: 35 days before arrival, collected automatically

[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
➣A security damage deposit of $500.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 4 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will result in cancellation of the booking

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
