Watch sunrises from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, lounge by the pool or hot tub, play ping pong in the garage, or BBQ on the back deck with Intracoastal sunset views. Less than a block from the beach and just 10 minutes to downtown St. Augustine, it’s perfect for family vacations or group getaways.

Located on Vilano Beach just two blocks north of a nice public beach access point with plenty of parking, a playground, restrooms, and a walking bridge over to the beach.


Guests will have access to the entire property minus a locked closet under the stairs.


First Floor:

Second Floor:

- Full bathroom in hallway (shared by bedrooms #3 and #4)

- Bedroom #5 with full bed

- Kitchen with full size fridge, sink, microwave, coffee station


Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during stay.

Pool is heated seasonally.

Standard occupancy is limited to 10 adults plus children under 12.
