Welcome to Azure Haven! This striking turquoise beach house is tucked into a quiet residential street in historic Saint Augustine, just a short walk to the Atlantic and minutes from downtown's cobblestone streets, Spanish forts, and iconic lighthouse.

Arrive at the grand covered entryway with its stunning decorative glass door, tropical potted plants, and classic turquoise-and-white Florida charm. Step inside to a bright, coastal-blue foyer with crisp white wainscoting, tile floors, and a walk in closet and bench for stashing beach bags and flip-flops. From here, the private elevator or staircase whisks you to any floor in the home. 3-in-1 game table: pool, air hockey, and ping pong all in one. Tournament-ready rainy day plans, sorted.



The ground floor offers a welcoming queen bedroom with its own TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath featuring a tiled walk-in shower—ideal for guests who prefer to skip the stairs. A dedicated half bath serves this level. Just through the interior door, the converted garage game room features an air hockey table with plenty of open space to play, with easy access to the pool patio through the garage door.



The second floor houses the primary retreat and two additional bedrooms. The luxurious primary suite features a king bed, wall-mounted swing-arm sconces, acacia hardwood floors, and French doors opening onto a covered wraparound front balcony. The spa-worthy ensuite bath features dual-vanity granite countertops and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a built-in sauna—a standout feature for unwinding after a day at the beach. The walk-in closet keeps everything organized. Two additional 2nd-floor bedrooms—a spacious king bedroom with TV and walk-in closet, plus a twin-over-double bunk room with its own TV (great for kids or extra guests)—share a bathroom. The 2nd-floor laundry room (full-size washer/dryer with iron and ironing board) is conveniently located just off the hallway. This bedroom also offers a rollaway twin bed.

From the top floor, step out and up to Azure Haven's rooftop deck—an open-air retreat with a pergola-covered lounge area, string lights for evening use, and a 4-seat dining table positioned for genuine ocean views over the neighboring rooftops. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or stargazing on clear Florida nights.



Step outside to your private backyard oasis: a sparkling pool flanked by paver decking, an elevated tiled spa (hot tub) bubbling away at one end, a shaded lounging area with chaise lounges, and a palm-shaded dining set seating 6. We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Wren Beach Rentals by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
