This home also has a full RV hook-up (sewer, water, and electrical) on the north side of the property.

This home is adjacent to Heritage Park and the back patio is the perfect viewing spot for city fireworks. Your friends and family will love having a BBQ and playing in the yard with a fun playset for the littles or a game of Croquet, Cornhole, or Bocce Ball for the young at heart. 4 Pickleball paddles and balls are also onsite to enjoy at the Heritage Park pickleball courts next door. As the sun fades, you’ll enjoy spending time under the stars and the twinkle lights of the patio while relaxing in the spacious hot tub or visiting by the fire table.

This house truly puts the PLAY into your vacation with the ultimate game room featuring a pool table, arcade games, air hockey table, giant Connect Four game, and an Xbox with Game Pass. There is also a wide variety of card and board games available for your enjoyment. There are 6 large Samsung Smart TV’s and free Wi-Fi.

THINGS TO KNOW:

There are a total of four bathrooms, 2 in the Main House and 2 in the Cottage. Each bathroom has a hair dryer available for guests to use and plenty of luxurious towels. There is also a laundry room in the Main House with a full Washer/Dryer and an iron/ironing board. The two kitchens are fully stocked and there is a large pantry to use during your stay. The Main House seats 16 in the dining room, 4 at the bar in the Game Room, and there are additional folding chairs and tray tables available. The Cottage seats 6 in the dining space with additional tray tables. There are several patio tables and picnic tables available to accommodate for large parties eating outdoors. The home has a propane BBQ Grill and a propane Griddle Grill. There is also ample parking available that allows for 12+ vehicles in the large circular driveway. Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Guests may go directly to the property. Additional information about the property will be given to guests after they have booked. No smoking or pets allowed. Winter: 4WD strongly advised. Check-out is at 10:00 am.
