With Old Town’s shops, dining, and trails just steps away—and CSU close by—this location makes getting around simple. Complimentary bikes are available for exploring the neighborhood, campus, or nearby paths, so you can spend less time driving and more time enjoying Fort Collins.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Shared community BBQ grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. Two complimentary bikes for exploring Fort Collins, plus a private elevated balcony with outdoor seating.
INDOOR LIVING: 65” Smart TV in living room, TVs in each bedroom, dining table with seating for 6, board games, laptop-friendly workspace, sound bar in living room
