¡Bienvenido a una de nuestras casas favoritas! ¡Estamos muy emocionados de mantener a nuestro querido SHERMAN en nuestro programa bajo una nueva propiedad!
Esta maravillosa casa de Tahoma, que admite perros, cuenta con una hermosa construcción moderna, una bañera de hidromasaje, un jacuzzi, internet, un gran patio y un entorno boscoso. ALQUILER DE BOYA DISPONIBLE POR COSTO ADICIONAL- Máx. longitud del barco 26 pies
Esta casa de dos pisos tiene 3 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños. El nivel superior tiene el dormitorio principal con una cama King size y baño privado completo con bañera de hidromasaje. La cocina abierta y la sala de estar con chimenea de roca también se encuentran en este nivel. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen y el tercer dormitorio una litera Queen / Twin y Twin / Twin, todas ubicadas en el nivel inferior. La casa tiene camas más nuevas y TV / DVD en cada habitación.

La casa tiene una gran cocina mejorada, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y mesa de comedor para 10. Decoración de montaña de lujo en toda la propiedad. Encantadora casa: recomendamos este tesoro de Tahoma. Acceso a Tahoe Cedars HOA playa y muelle. Llámenos para arreglos de boya (barcos de hasta 26 ') con bastante anticipación ya que se requerirá el registro del barco y las tarifas. West Shore Gem

My family and I had a great stay at this gem of a property! It was clean, had everything you need, and more than enough space. We were able to all hang out comfortably in the open floor plan of the main living space to have meals and play games. It was also close to the beaches. Highly recommend!

Loved the floor plan.After a day of skiing it was nice to come back and sit in the hot tub. It was nice to have a fenced in yard for our pups to get some fresh air without being on a leash. Also nice to have a garage where we were able to fit one small & one medium SUV. Would most definitely stay here again.

Good location, eclectic neighborhood. Biggest downside was the lack of useable outdoor space. Small deck is dominated by hot tub. House has a good size back yard, but no way to access it from other than going out front door and walking around...also no patio or furniture to use back yard space anyway. Really want outdoor relaxing space for summer in Tahoe, this place didn't have it.

Beat the heat trip with the pups

My husband and I took our dogs up to Tahoe for a few days to beat the heat in the valley. The house was great. Super comfy. The furniture was all new and really cabinish! Our dogs loved walking the neighborhood and trips to the many dog-friendly beaches and restaurants nearby. For pet owners...the backyard is fenced, however there is no access from inside the house. You need to go out the front door, down the stairs, around the side of the house to get into the yard.

Wonderful winter home with dogs

Our family loved the community, the central location on Tahoe, and the nearby park. Our dogs also loved the place, especially with three feet of snow to play in. Despite the snow, the two-car garage, covered entry, and driveway plowing made it easy to get in and out.

Lovely home in Tahoma

Very happy with our stay at the Sherman home. Lots of amenities and so close to many beaches and Sugar Pine State Park. Loved the open concept and the hot tub was awesome after a long day of play! Wasn't sure how the electric bbq would work out, but it made the best burgers and grilled aspara

The only negative for us was that there is really no outside area to hang out, no table outside for dining. The hot tub takes up half the very small deck. The yard is just dirt with nowhere to entertain. I can see that this house would be perfect in winter.

Wonderful Lake Tahoe getaway

We capped off our camping weekend with a bit of cabin luxury. The house was perfect for two families, and I especially appreciated that it was well-equipped. The hot tub was also great!

Pictures not always accurate

Great location and Cabin, very welcoming, could use better furniture, couches are pretty used up and not comfortable. When it snowing, would be nice to have the gate to yard open and close, the cabin is advertised for pets however yard was unable to be closed in for your pet. Was told that the ice would be removed so our pet could be in the yard and it never happened, instead a shovel was dropped off, not that cool to handle it that way. D. Family
