Inside, the cottage is fully stocked for comfort, and your furry friends are welcome too—they’ll love the fenced yard and grassy play area. The master suite is a true retreat, featuring a spa-inspired bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, classic clawfoot tub, large vanity, and walk-in closet.

Everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals was there. Rooms were comfortable Pet friendly allowed us to bring kitties from Best Friends on overnights to give them a break. These cats are always well behaved. Will stay there again if i come back

Our hosts thought of everything including spices in the well appointed kitchen. The house was clean, the furniture comfortable and new, the patio was well furnished, and the neighborhood was safe with beautiful scenery.
We had an official greeter in the back yard.

nice 4-day weekend stay

We very much enjoyed our stay in Kanab. The weather held up for great 5 mile hikes in the area, the two bedrooms were perfect for two couples and our dog. The fenced in yard and back deck was quite nice and fully equipped kitchen was perfect! Highly recommend staying here!

This was a lovely, spacious home! There were just 2 of us, so we made good use of the large closets.. It was a quiet neighborhood and the house was well-supplied. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Kanab - Slots vacation

Had a great stay at copper top. Everything went smooth. No complaints. We weren't there a lot so didn't take advantage of all it had to offer, but would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Our story began under the Southern Utah sun, where nearly two decades of living, working, and exploring this landscape gave us a deep appreciation for the beauty and pace of life here. What started as a simple idea grew into CopperTop Properties—a place where we could share this corner of the desert with others.

We built CopperTop with the goal of creating more than just a place to stay. It’s meant to be a space where you can slow down, spread out, and experience the red rock country the way we’ve come to love it—quiet mornings, wide open views, and nights full of stars.
