Nestled on Kentucky Lake, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage in Murray is the perfect getaway for your next fishing trip, small family vacation, and outdoor retreat! After spending a day on the lake with the 2 provided kayaks, come home and lounge on the screened patio and take a dip in the hot tub, relax in the Hammock, then fire up the grill for a family cookout.

Step into Warner’s Paradise the Cottage via keyless entry and find yourself in the screened porch. Make your way to the living room, where you’ll relax on the huge, comfy sectional, along with a futon. The room is ideally arranged for conversation and socializing – or watch your favorite movies, shows, and sports on the 65” ROKU TV, using your own log-ins to access streaming channels and supported by high-speed Wi-Fi. You have easy access to the deck from the living room.
Steps away, prep and cook your favorite culinary creations in the well-equipped kitchen. You’ll find standard appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave – in stainless-steel. You’ll find a toaster and blender, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve delicious meals. Grab your morning coffee from the dual-use Keurig coffeemaker so you can choose provided pods or grounds.
Dine in the dining area at the table for 6, with a view of the deck.
Or dine al fresco in your choice of several delightful spots – 2 tables on the dock for 8, 2 tables for 4 on the deck, and barstools with bistro tables on the screened porch.
The screened porch is also where you’ll find the ultimate relaxation in the 6-person hot tub with Bluetooth radio with ceiling fans overhead.
The best part of the outdoors is Kentucky Lake and the partially covered boat dock that’s your launchpad for fun and adventure. Easily spend time here at the lakefront, where power, water, and Internet are supplied. You’ll love kayaking with the host-provided kayaks. You can also rent a boat or jet-ski. Swim from the dock, which offers a swim ladder. Fish from the dock or a boat for bass, catfish crappie, bluegill, and more. A boat slip is available if you are bringing your own boat.
In the evening, make memories around the firepit with Adirondack-chair seating for 8.
After a full day of fun on the lake or exploring Murray and surrounding areas, head for a great night’s rest in your choice of 2 bedrooms.
In Bedroom 1, you’ll find a king bed with nautical bedding and outdoorsy decor on the walls. Wind down to sleep watching the ROKU TV as the ceiling fan circulates air overhead. You’ll have lots of storage with a dresser and closet.
Bedroom 2 offers queen-on-queen bunkbed and dresser and closet for storage. Enjoy watching the ROKU TV from bed.
A futon in the living room accommodates additional sleeping needs.
Refresh and rejuvenate in the bathroom with walk-in shower and a vanity with sink and loads of storage. You’ll have all bathroom essentials provided – from towels to toiletries.

Hosts live on the 136 acres, but not close to your space. They give you complete privacy and are available if you need assistance. There are other homes next door to the Cottage on the lake that are not owned by Warners Paradise so depending on if they are using them you may or may not have complete privacy.
