Amazing home!

Beautiful Modern Home

Great open layout, very clean, and peaceful location. Rooms were spacious and love that each bedroom had its own part of the house rather than bunched together. Everything was great.

Great location

We come to Poipu every year and stay 2 weeks. The location was great. Communication was good too. However, we have learned w vacasa things are pretty bare bones. Minimal glassware, limited paper towel, tp and trash bags. No cleaning supplies and had to call for a vacuum. There are 4-5 hangers in each closet and no dressers (hard for a 2 weeks stay!) except a small one in the master. Cute, spacious house but def have ruled out vacasa rentals moving forward.

Beautiful home, great location!

The home was beautiful and perfectly located for us to enjoy Kauai. We loved the large kitchen and that the bedrooms were spread out to provide privacy. One of our favorite amenties was the access to the beach club. Our kids loved the pool there and my husband and I loved the pickleball courts and workout facility.

Spacious, clean and great location.

Easy booking and great communication. Kitchen was relatively well stocked with cookware and utensils for basic meals with BBQ. Not a lot of spices, oil, foil, plastic bags, etc like in other houses we have stayed. One of the cleanest properties we have stayed in. Comes with beach towels, cooler and beach chair. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great for families. Right on the golf course with patio and outdoor seating. Location makes it an easy drive to the beach, eating areas and snorkeling. Only downside is there is a lot of construction nearby in the neighborhood.

Loved our stay!

The house was impeccably clean and we loved how the house was set up- plenty of room to spread out and huge bathrooms. We walked every morning to Little Fish Coffee (a little more than a mile) and loved the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. We were close to great beaches and shopping centers but felt a world away. Amy at Vacasa was super responsive throughout our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Tranquil Roomy Home

WE stayed for three nights here. Check in was easy and the home was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed that his home had AC as it was quite hot during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the common area was great for gathering as a family. We did not use the athletic club during our stay, but one family member did use it to pass time after check out but before their flight home (for a small fee). We found it to be a great location, easy to get to restaurants, beaches etc although not walking distance. It is a quiet neighborhood which we enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Great beautiful, clean and spacious home for a family vacation.

We had been to many vacation rentals and this is one of the best vacation properties we have rented. This home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood within a golf course. We were pleased by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the this house. The three big bathrooms were very convenient for our party of eight including two small children. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was very cool and quiet. The main living area was large and had plenty of natural light. The appliances are modern, and the kitchen area is very nice. We would highly recommend this property.

Great vacation home

Came with our family of eight and the house worked out perfectly. We all enjoyed how close we were to restaurants, shopping, Poipu beach and Old Koloa Town. Also within good distance to many awesome attractions on the island. The house is right on the golf course and is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We loved the large bathrooms and showers. Great kitchen with plenty of cooking supplies, so nice to have a washer and dryer as well. There are beach chairs and a good size cooler provided. We would for sure stay here again.

Fantastic property!

Words cannot describe how happy we were with this place. It’s updated with a modern look and extremely clean. The neighborhood is beautiful with well kept and beautifully landscaped houses. The A/C worked really well in the main areas and bedrooms. The kitchen was spacious and the patio was a beautiful place to sit and feel the island breeze. They thought of everything at this home. Beds are comfortable and they even have a heated shower outside to wash sand off. Beach is 5 min away by car and we never had a problem finding parking there. If I ever return to Poipu I will rent this place again. Enjoy!

Wonderful Home!

Highly recommend this beautiful home! Even nicer than photos! It is brand new, has wonderful furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the house is in a fabulous location and being on the golf course was a plus! This home worked very well for 3 couples each having their own very nice bathroom. We also really enjoyed the membership to the Poipu Athletic club - the facilities were fantastic! Thank you Vacasa for a wonderful experience! The treats and coffee you left for us on arrival were greatly appreciated!

ROACHES! GROSS!

We never would have expected to find this nice house infested with roaches. At first there were tiny bugs in the kitchen area, on the countertops which we didn't figure out until later that they were baby roaches. Not the B-52 roaches, the smaller ones in dirty places. Then we used the stove and oven the 2nd night, and a couple larger ones showed up on the counter top. Then we ran the dishwasher and they were all over the dishwasher and when we opened it, they fell into the clean dishwasher. SO disgusting!!! We alerted mgmt about the problem. We spent every night thereafter on roach duty to kill ones that were crawling around the dishwasher and microwave. We found lots of droppings under the sink and a couple made it to the other bathrooms. The local mgmt office finally dropped off roach traps and spray on day 4, but it wasn't enough to keep them at bay yet. We spent tireless nights killing any that came out especially after running the dishwasher and using the microwave. We had to constantly clean counters to make sure they were sanitized. Local mgmt told us that professionals could come on day 7, however at that point, we were just fed up and needed to pack so didn't want to deal with being out of the house for 3 hours. Hard to enjoy a trip when you have to deal with this. Never again would we ever stay at this house!! Hoping that we didn't bring any roaches home with us! That would be a big mess!!!

ROACHES!

Amazing property!

Absolutely fantastic stay

The home was very welcoming, very clean, and so lovely. We were blown away by how this home captured the beach vibe and incorporated it with modern aesthetics flawlessly. Everything we needed was provided including paper towels, bath towels, dishwashing cascade, laundry detergent, plate ware, utensils, pots and pans, even a broom and vacuum as needed. We loved that there was also beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and even ice packs (so well-thought out to provide everything possibly needed). The home had AC so that was very nice, since it’s known for lots of Hawaiian homes to not have that feature. All the decor was so put together and it really felt like a home away from home, more so that we didn’t even want to leave. The location was great; it was very close to Poipu beach, and lots of shopping centers close by. We also had access to Poipu Beach Club, which was just a quick drive away, to go work out. There was construction driving to get to the neighborhood but once inside the neighborhood, it was such a well-kept and upscale looking area. There was a bit of confusion on how to work the lock box, but that’s probably because we weren’t familiar with how to work it in the first place—but we did finally figure it out easily. I also loved that there was a garage remote to get in and out easily. We can’t wait to come back here for our next trip and we highly recommend this home.
