The condo itself is beautiful, bright, open, and filled with natural light from the large windows and balcony. The living space feels spacious yet still cozy, making it a comfortable place to relax. However, the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy at times, which took away from the overall sense of comfort. If location isn’t a major concern, the condo itself is a lovely and well-kept space.

The location next to a train was horrible! The condo was dirty. Towels questionable as far as we could tell. Dirty floors, bathroom! Not a great area of town. Deck had wet, dirty cushions. Very disappointing! We paid a lot of money. The description was not accurate at all!!!

Cool space

Pros: Beautiful space, lovely updated amenities, close to downtown (ride shares are easy), loads of light, cool views, super comfy beds, the "starter pack" goods was a lovely touch. Cons: spaces were pretty buggy (ceilings and corners need web/dead bug removal), ac didn't seem to reach the rooms (only common areas-had to keep doors open), trains all day and night that are steps from your window. So if you want a quieter space, this might not work for you. But they are also cool to see. Bottom line, there were some notes but I would stay here again.

Nice condo close to downtown

Recently stayed there - 2 couples. Plenty of room - 2 nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Great view - easy to access, checking in and checking out very easy. Neighborhood seemed safe, lots of redevelopment and construction going on. Condo was just as pictured online. We had a car but used Uber to get around. Bad experience with a taxi overcharging - so be wary of that in Nashville (Ubers were plentiful and easy to get).

In town for the AC/DC concert

Early arrival check in should be available. We arrived about 20 minutes before check in & was told we’d just need to wait until 4:00 for our code to work. So we just sat in front of the gate waiting. Access code system needs work. We spent WAY too much time of our vacation messaging or calling about access codes to get in the condo I’d already paid for. One of the exterior doors (supposed to be assessable only by people with a code) was unlocked & open the entire time we were there. When we returned to our condo from the concert (about midnight) our door was unlocked & open. I had personally locked it when we left & even checked to make sure. No idea what that was about.

Super clean great location

This property is as advertised. Loved its location relevant too Printers Alley and Broadway. Nice to have secure parking too. We really have nothing negative to say and would gladly stay here again. We did hear the train noises as others have said but didn’t find it to intrusive. Also walk in groups if walking at night it isn’t too bad but wouldn’t walk alone especially if female.

Great property and location

Stayed here for a Mother/Daughter trip. The condo is great. Lots of space, comfortable furniture, great balcony. The location is close to Broadway so very convenient. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus. Have to say it could have been cleaner. Also found men’s shorts and underwear in the bedside table. Left them there. All in all it was a great place to stay and we will definitely stay here again next time we come to Nashville.

Weekend in Nashville

This was a very nice property. It was very clean. The only thing I would recommend is mattress covers. They ask you to throw in a load of sheets if you are able. We did and the mattress had a good amount of stains on it. Besides that, we were impressed with everything else. Great city views. We typically walked into town which was about a mile and very walkable. However we would usually uber home because we didn’t know the area that well to be walking around at night. There are train tracks close by so trains do go by. Depending how sensitive you are to that, just be aware. It didn’t bother us. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and the condo completely met our needs.

Unit needs stocked better

Unit is nice. Listing states will accommodate 6 people. 2 bedrooms with fold out sofa. The fold out sofa is not comfortable for 2 adults. There were not enough dishes for six people. Train tracks very close and runs frequently were given 5 towels and we requested just one more towel and never received it.

Beautiful Place - Great location

Only problem we had was getting in. The codes didn't work. One of the girls on-site got us into the parking area, but we couldn't use the code given to us. After about an hour all was figured out. Would stay there again!

Great location

We loved the location and the river and trains, truly entertaining. Walking distance to Broadway and a great walking trail going both directions. Overall our stay was awesome. The only thing they need to do a better job of is describing the garage entry. Lots of security which is great once you get inVacasa needs to describe better the check in as you pull up to the location the underground parking is gated off, you will need the garage code to open it (which is on a little black unit off to the right. You would never know that’s what it was. Luckily a lady that lived there assisted us with getting in.. There is an app called latch which would be great to use if Vacasa would engage its customers.
