Our two bedroom two bath condo has all the comforts of home and more. Take a short walk down the Taneycomo Lake front trail and enjoy some amazing views. The trail is directly accessible from Wimbledon Dr. We're also just a couple minutes from the clubhouse where you’ll find all the amenities. Pointe Royale has to offer, Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, pickle ball, hot tub, fitness center, bar and grill and of course Golfing! All the area attractions are just minutes away, shows, shopping, dining, Silver Dollar City, The Landing and Historic Downtown Branson and much, much more. You won’t be disappointed, we guarantee it.

Roomy and clean!! Only issue were both beds are extremely firm! I would recommend you add a new mattress topper to help with that!

I was so disappointed in this condo. Very nice neighborhood and the condo itself was very large. The condo had NOT been cleaned for our arrival! This condo needs a professional cleaning crew to do a deep cleaning. 1. None of the mirrors in the bathrooms or bedrooms had been cleaned. I took a shower and a large hair ball floats up from off the drain. Pic attached. The tubs had not been cleaned or sanitized. Everything in the unit was extremely dusty. One could write their name in the dust in the master bedroom. Lime on the master bedroom shower doors had not been cleaned- I don’t think ever. Baseboards were extremely dirty with dust and hair - pic attached. The wet sink had spider webs in it and a long hair attached to the drain - pic attached. Spider webs in the corners of the sunroom. Refrigerator had hair in the butter dish and something had leaked into the bottom in which it was pooled up in the bottom - pics attached. Went to bake supper and the oven was dirty. Could not even use it - pic attached. Kitchen appliances had not been cleaned as there was crumbs from previous use in all - pic attached.With all of this, my family and I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the beds, so had to sleep on top of the bed coverings. I contacted the owner and he apologized and stated he would reimburse us 50 on the cleaning fee when we were charged 90 and he DID NOT reimburse me yet. It was not a good Thanksgiving.
Someone’s hair that was around the bathroom drain that floated up once I started the shower.
Baseboards full of dust and hairballs.
A long hair in the butter dish of the refrigerator.
A pool of something that had leaked to the bottom of the refrigerator.

Condo was very well stocked w/more than expected. Comfy beds & all new appliances. Wish we could stay a week. Host was very good at responding to questions.

Everything was clean except for needing dusting. The place was incredible. Very nice kitchen even though we didn't use it. Nice back porch. It does need a light in the front. The corner where we went in was dark. There was a motion light bet it didn't work.

This place is everything advertised. The condo is beautiful. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Great layout. Spacious bathrooms. Would stay here again next time we visit if available. Host did a good job communicating and it was pet friendly. 5 stars !!!!

We (a party of 5 adults) stayed in this rental for a week while visiting Branson. This was a very clean and roomy rental in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Any issues we had were quickly dealt with by the host. Would definately stay again if we visit Branson in the future...

Every thing was great. Had a great time. Had a couple of very minor issues with the condo but maintenance was there within a couple of hours to take care of it. Only thing we didn't like is there was no local phone in the condo.

Everything you would think you need in a home away from home is here. Awesome property in a secure gated community with a Golf Course, Pool, Hot Tub, Pickel Ball, Restaurant & Bar. This property was just minutes away from the strip for quick access to everything we wanted to do. The condo was amazingly clean and was even nicer than we expected!! Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone!!

It fit our needs perfectly for a few moms and wives to have 1 night away to celebrate a 40th birthday. There are several spaces to eat together, play games, or just chat! All directions were very clear and precise! Thank you so very much!

Several things were unacceptable. There were no sheets for the pull down bed and a dirty shirt was left in it. The master bath toilet was not working properly and needed plunged ever time used. There was a used washcloth left in the master shower. Hair in the main bathtub from previous renter. No hot water in main shower in the morning. Food crumbs on kitchen floor.

It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t what we were expecting either. There was extensive damage to the living room wall, chew marks on different pieces of furniture and the furnishings were sparse and very worn. The shower head was covered in soap scum, the kitchen cooking utensils had dried food still on them… We ended up leaving at 8 PM the night before our departure date because the beds were so hard and uncomfortable no one in our family could sleep on them for another night. We also had an issue with the automatic door lock the first night and I messaged the owner about it but he never even responded. Thank goodness my husband was able to figure it out. Overall, we were really let down with the price we paid for this place. Unfortunately we would not book again. This place has potential, but it definitely needs to be updated and the worn out items tossed.

Convenient Location

Convenient location with backroad to Silver Dollar City but also close to the Branson main street of highway 76. Kitchen is set up nicely with icemaker in the freezer, coffee pots, airfryer, etc. Very close to river, playground, clubhouse with the pools, golf, etc, all in the complex. Check in was easy at the security gate. Interior could use a little touch up painting. Only real complaint is the mattresses are very hard. We had a great time!

Good location! Nice unit that was well stocked with everything you might need. The owner responded in a very timely manner. Would recommend it as a place to stay!
