Welcome to the Coastal Vacation Paradise, where your dream getaway awaits! Located in a beautiful & quiet neighborhood, just minutes away from popular attractions, this home is sure to provide the perfect mix of privacy and peacefulness and a great time as well. Decorated in a bright coastal theme, this home will leave you feeling relaxed & rejuvenated. Some key features include a large, fenced in backyard with a patio and fire pit and high speed internet.
Come check out our newly renovated, beautiful home, which includes many amenities that you might need for your stay. Between the living room with it's large comfy couch and the large backyard, there is plenty of space to spread out and relax with family and friends. High speed internet is included. You will also find our guidebook which includes recommendations for activities and food nearby as well as some details about the house.
The fully stocked kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances, is perfect for those who love to cook. The large patio door leading to the backyard allows you to easily keep and eye on the children and pets. Are you a coffee lover? We got you covered with our complimentary coffee selection.
Four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own uniqueness, make this property perfect for a family or friends getaway. A travel crib & noise machine is available for those traveling with babies/toddlers. There is one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo that has a rain shower head and complimentary conditioner, shampoo and body wash. The half bathroom is connected to one of the bedrooms for those who need a bit of extra privacy.
This home is Pet Friendly however there are breed restrictions. Please message prior to booking to be sure we can accomodate your pet. Pet fee is per pet and non-refundable.
Security Devices:
Please note that for security purposes, there are 2 exterior Ring cameras. One is a Ring doorbell at the front door and the other is a floodlight camera in the back of the house. Each camera monitors the exterior of the house only. It records audio and video to ensure the safety of the property. Please do not tamper with the devices. There will be a $500 charge if the devices are tampered with.

Wilmington is definitely a great place rejuvenate.
