Family vacation

My family and I loved our stay here! Perfect location and amenities. The outdoor showers were a great add on and petect for clean up after the beach. We'd stay here again next time we visit Wilmington and Carolina Beach.

Awesome place, convenient to everything

We had a great stay, very private. Updated appliances. Fenced in outdoor area was GREAT, with corn hole boards, fish cleaning station, outdoor TV and an awesome sound bar we jammed with while grilling and chilling around the fire pit. Communication with Jennifer was on point. Answer all our questions almost instantly, even reset the the wifi and all remotely to fix our connection issues. If you want privacy THIS is the pla

It was OK

The house was clean and check in was flawless. I was disappointed with the location - felt the map did not match the physical. Need better communication in listing that the bunk beds are in an actual shed… Was very turned off with the series of notes posted around the property telling us what we can / cannot do.

Forest meets the beach

Tucked away in the shade of the trees this place was just as advertised. 2.8 mile drive to beach ( we recommend driving to Alabama Street parking not downtown parking). Easy drive over the Bridge to beach House was very clean, well maintained, cute deco!! and host was extremely responsive. Loved the well made and clean outdoor shower options ( 2 outside showers with hot water) and bedrooms inside were huge! Loved sitting out back around the fire pit at night ... Watching the game on the outdoor TV. ( Bring bug stray bc NC has mosquitos in summer and early fall) We slept in the bunk house and it was clean and AC out there worked great. (We kept bunk house portch light OFF to keep bugs from being attracted to the doorway) Enjoyed our stay. If u have a boat I can see this place would be amazing .. plenty of boat parki.g in driveway.

We enjoy going to the beach for the day or island hopping by boat but also like to come in in the evenings and shower and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds on the beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This property offers a convenient location in close proximity to the ocean and nearby boat ramps and has room to park larger vehicles and maneuver boat trailers. While it is located off of the main road and you may hear some road noise it is also tucked in a little and provides a large yard for kids to play and space to relax and have some privacy. It is not walkable to the beach nor on the island but is one mile from the CB bridge.
